Requested a king size bed and was given two doubles. They were able to change our rooms the 2nd night to a king size, but that room was located near elevator and was noisy. Service was great though!

I enjoyed the quality of the hotel. It's presentation was nice. I did not like paying for parking. I would recommend this hotel to both family and friends. Staff where friendly and accommodating.

The hotel staff was very nice, helpful, polite. Room service was quick and accurate. The particular room I was in looked like there had been some water damage in one corner at some point. The wall paper was bubbled at the floor area, but it did not change the comfort of my room by any means. The bed was comfortable, the furnishings were very nice and in great shape. I would stay there again. The shuttle service from the airport was very easy to access and use.

My husband and I were in town to get our daughter moved into her apartment for school. The front desk was friendly. The concierge and valet were exceptionally nice and helpful with directions to everywhere we needed to go. The breakfast buffet was good. The Finish Line restaurant in the hotel was the best I have experienced and I used to travel with a prior job 60% of the time. The exercise room was also top notch equipment and clean. We didn't have time to enjoy the inside or outside pools but they seemed to be very clean.

Conveniently located just one exit away from the airport and exceptionally close to highway access. Very clean and professional, both hotel and staff. Great internal dining options. I've stayed here twice and will again when I return.

The front desk personnel were very friendly and the hotel looks great as a whole. However, I was taken back as I returned from my vehicle and saw a large rat scurry past the front of the hotel! In addition, my sheets were dirty and after having them changed, the replacement sheets had what appeared to be footprints on them! The stay was not horrible; however, I expect much more from a hotel with the Hilton name and price. The room amenities were not much more than those you could find in a Super8.

Overall - not a bad stay. A bit pricey to stay on the "executive" floors (15-17). I've stayed in less expensive hotels - with flat-screen TV. So, nothing special to recommend the rooms. The service was very good. The in-room meal was very good. The closeness to the airport was excellent (5 minutes). In short, I'd stay there, again.

We made last minute resevations when we realized our flight would be delayed overnight. We arrived at 6:30 in the morning to find a friendly staff and a room already ready for us. The buffet in the dining room was wonderful. The hotel was clean and large enough for us walk around to get some exercise even when it was snowing outside.

Clean quiet room, choice of firm or soft pillows. Bathroom clean but a bit worn. Very professional and polite hotel staff. Only downside was Hilton airport shuttle driver would not pick me up at passenger drop-off, made me walk 100 yards to pick-up area during a thunderstorm at 10 at night.

This hotel although 5-star rated was very ordinary, no room wireless available for free, limited food menu and the service was slow. Shuttles to the airport aren't as frequent as expected nor the airport is in such a short distance as advertised. Watch out! the hotel advertises that breakfast and some small dinners are included, well it turns out this is only for some 'special' members. Nothing is included beyond your bed! I will never stay here again I found it dull, and expensive.

Good location. Rooms were noisy. We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was easy to get. We were worried about the aircraft noise because it was near the airport. That was not the problem. The noise from the hallway was horrible. You could hear every sound of people walking and talking. We did not sleep well due to this. Even the porters made noise by letting the doors slam.

Friendly atmosphere and good location for short business trips with the convenient and frequent shuttle. Exceptionaly clean and great sized room equiped with everything a business person needs. Definitely worth a revisit.

stayed on 14th floor...noise can be heard from room to room and out in hallway with room doors shut...clean room but in disarray..easy parking but web site didn't say expect to pay for parking which was 9.00 per day for motel guests; no airport noises;

Hilton Atlanta Hotel was a great choice for my trip - the hotel was extremely clean, the staff was very friendly and knowledgable about attractions in the city, and the shuttle service was on time and easy to access, both from the airport and from the hotel lower level. Although I did not use the pool, restaurant, or business areas, I did have a great cup of coffee in the lobby at check in. The hotel was very attractive, the bathroom nicely supplied, and the location was great. The staff was able to give me information regarding the MARTA train and even the airport shuttle drivers were friendly. I will definitely stay here again.
