The hotel staff was extremely friendly, and helpful. My husband and I thought the hotel was beautiful, and offered many activities. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Location, beautiful grounds and view of the ocean.

Awesome location for New Years Eve. We stayed in an Ocean Front room in the Rainbow Tower facing Diamond Head. We travelled the other islands and stayed in older hotels with kitchen facilities to save on money. We decided on the Hilton Village purley to indulge, however I did miss not having a little kitchenette, but other than that we had a lovely time.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. The staff was extremely helpful. Being able to wake up every morning and drink coffee overlooking the ocean was wonderful. The only problems we encountered was the prices. The hotel is well equipped with all the amenities that you need, however your pockets had better be full of money to afford it all. The first night we had hot dogs from their pool front vendor. Three hotdogs and cokes was near $35. The convienence stor prices were just as expensive. The only place on the entire island that was worth the money was North Shore. Be sure to check it out!! Super nice locals with excellent variety of foods to try. Overall it was a great trip and I would reccomend this hotel to anyone, just come full of cash!!!

Great part of waikiki beach, food and drinks very expensive on property-$10 hotdogs and $50 to rent beach chair and umbrella for day! Wish more options for night entertainment. Had to leave property for night entertainment

Beautiful hotel, memorable experiences. Expensive. This hotel is actually breathtakingly beautiful, its affordable, and feels luxurious for the price range, highly recommended for anyone.

The 'expectation' re tipping is annoying. The hotel is overpriced in comparison to hotels I have stayed in throughout Asia and Australia. facilities are first rate

I love this hotel. From the rooms, to the restaurants, to the village full of shopping that is the hotel, I have never had such a great vacation. This is a beautiful hotel that seems like its on an island of its own. All the other hotels I saw on my trip looked outdated and cheap, this hotel was beautiful and exceeded my expectations. I can't wait to go back! WoW

The hotel was huge. The hotel has 7-8 different towers. For fist timer it was confusing but it didn't take too long to formiliariz it. We stayed Kalia Tower. This tower was furthest from the beach. We had mountin view and for the price it was not bad at all. We only stayed two nights we stayed 4 nights in Kona, Big Island before we came over to Waikiki beach area. In overall our experience in Hawaii was wonderful. The areas and the hotels we selected was excellent (I reviewed a lot through the internet before booking). While we stayed in Honolulu We had Arizona USS Missori and Puchbowl & City Tour. It was about 6-7 hours tour. The bus driver give us good city tour with narration. Espicially when we tour Puchbowl the guide was native Chinise Hawaiian (forgot his name and he was volunteer)he knows so much about the war. we were very impressed. This tour was exellent and it was very humble experience.

Hotel is in a great location on the beach. A short walk away from Waikiki. Room was nice. Ali'i tower is highly recommended. Food in Waikiki is very good. Plenty of things to do, and easy access to rest of the island.

The property in itself is a little paradise. We did not need to leave to go anywhere else the beach, pool, shops, dining and bars are right there. Everyone treated us nicely but her. I use to be a Star wood member and stayed at the Royal, Moana, and Sheraton. This was my first stay at the Hilton and I would recommend family and friends to bid on line to stay at the Hilton. I am looking forward to another vacation at the Hilton.

The Hilton Hawaiian Village was the perfect location for my vacation. I was traveling solo, not renting a car, and my intention was a long weekend beach getaway. I was looking for good beach access, shopping and restaurants w/i walking distance and this hotel was the perfect fit. It is located on the best possible part of Waikiki beach. It?s a wide stretch of beach that is less crowded than further East and the beach is just a few steps away from the pools and hotel amenities. Waikiki shopping, restaurants and Ala Moana mall are short walks. I was greeted with courteous staff and when checking in I was offered various room upgrades for an additional charge, but they ended up giving me an upgrade to an ocean view room at no charge! I stayed on the 27th floor in Tapa tower and had a nice view toward the ocean and beach. The room was well maintained and clean, a nice size, and had a balcony with chairs, and a mini-fridge. My flight didn?t leave until 10pm on check out day and they gave me a late check out of 1pm. I was going to use the pool for the rest of the afternoon and was thrilled to find they offer hospitality rooms so you can change and shower before leaving later on check out day. I agree that the food and drinks are expensive and sub par. There are lots of options on the property, but I would recommend going elsewhere. Breakfast buffet was particularly bad and had a $13 horrible chichi at the beach bar. There are Starbucks for coffee and pastries or across the street an IHOP and a coffee shop. Overall it was perfect for my kind of vacation and I will definitely go back.

The hotel was Ok but the cost of food was on the high side and parking fees were crazy 24 dollars a day for self parking and lots of luck trying to find a space if you go around a holiday as outside guest visting the Hilton villages take up a lot of the parking spaces making it hard to find a space youself.

Clean and family friendly hotel, great location on beach. High fees for parking, beach equipment rental/services.

A beautiful resort with an excellent location. We stayed in an ocean front double bedded room in the Alli tower. The room was large and offered an excellent view of the pacific ocean. Check in was very efficient, as the Alli tower guests have a private check in desk and guests of the Alli tower also have access to complimentary snacks by the Alli tower pool in the evening. The grounds of the hotel are beautifully maintained and the staff is extremely helpful. We used the American Express travel center on the resort grounds to book our tours--I recommend speaking with one of the hotel concierge prior to booking tours as they will explain the different options available, this way you will know which tours you would like to take prior to going to book tours at American Express travel center as tour desk staff is very busy and not very helpful in explaining options--they are there mainly to book tours. The resort offers many dining and shopping options, which can be expensive, so we would walk about 1/2 mile to the Royal Hawaiian shopping area which offered many dining and shopping options that were considerably cheaper the those offered by the resort. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the resort to family and friends. We look forward to visiting the resort again in the future.

The setting was wonderful. Some of retail staff tended to be to pushy about buying items. Would tell other people to go there.

Upon arrival we were greated with the most friendly and helpful employees and found that to be the case from every aspect of this hotel whether it was the bell service, waiter, consierge and hospitality. We were in the Tapa Tower which had a beautiful view of the courtyard of the resort, the Waikiki beach, Diamond Head and downtown Honolulu. A band was playing at the Tapa Bar as we arrived and really put us in the vacation mood after having been flying for 11 hours during the day. Our room accomodated 4 adults nicely. We were just a short walking distance to probably the best shopping in the USA or could access the bus/trolley service easily from the hotel. The beds could have been queen size for better comfort and internet and shuttle service should be included in the purchase of the hotel. Overall, everything we needed was right there at the resort.....including a great family bonding experience. Our kids (ages 19 and 16) fell in love with Hawaii and only spoke about "the next time we come to Hawaii" all the way home to Minnesota.
