The internet in the room was not free and the toilet would overflow [thay told me old pipes were the cause]. Also, the hotel hot water system was terrible...you couldn't take a shower without being really cold or really hot. Overal, it was just OK.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, all were very nice. I wish the room was clean, when we moved the bed it looked like vacuuming was not done and also the bathroom fixtures were not shiny and sparkling. Overall it was okay because we were not there to enjoy the hotel, we were there to enjoy Guam and we did. We have been to many hotels/resorts and in many cities, this one fell short of our expectations with regards to cleanliness and updated amenities. However, the staff on hand were quite nice, pleasant and helpful so it made up for the other disappointments.

The Hilton Guam Resort & Spa is a great hotel for families, tourists or those on business. The staff is friendly and able to assist you with any travel or transportation needs. Although I rented a car, shuttle bus service is easy and convenient to use. It is a bit off the main strip so walking to tourist and shopping attractions is a bit far, but I personally like the privacy of the location. For the amount of luxury services available, the prices are reasonable and affordable. They have one of the best restaurants in Guam in the hotel, "Roy's." There is also a 24 hour coffee bar and a business center. The hotel room was large and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend the hotel for those who would like a little bit of luxury at an affordable price!

I'm in the Navy and have stayed at many international hotels. Hilton - Tumon Bay was a great stay for the money. I could compare this hotel to many of the resorts in Cancun. I had an easterly facing room that had a spectacular balcony view of the coast and the pool facilities. Room was clean and the staff took great care of us. I would stay here again.

The Hotel location & gym was good. However, after traveling 18 hours in flight, I would expect to get the room/bed that I booked & paid for online. I booked a King Deluxe Room with Ocean View. However, when I arrived at hotel, I found out they the the hotel does not actually have any King Size Beds with an Ocean View. You can get a king size, but no ocean or Ocean with two twins or full size beds. I don't think I would have minded much about the difference in size, however, if the hotel doesn't really offer it, they should not advertise it nor provide it as an option when booking. Additionally, the buffet in the hotel was a bit over priced for what they had to offer. It was $49.00 a head, but the food was just basic food. Nothing exciting or even that delicious.

They were amazing even able to set up room service on a very tight schedule. It was a little hard to get waiter service at the tree bar in the afternoon. This hotel has it all. Good food, staff for children, even a spa to cater to your wife or for your own relaxation.

Though the location is the edge of Tumon Bay area, the hotel is serene and very relaxing.

I loved this hotel and I highly recommend it for all types of travelers. My only complaint is you have to ask for wash cloths. The beds are very hard, but we liked them. The hotel's ""Islander"" restaurant has an incredible dinner buffet that's well worth the price.

If you value your health, avoid staying here. The first room we were in had visible mold and smelled moldy as well as musty. Though the room had a great view of the ocean, it did not make up for the lack of a functioning AC. The second room had at least the a functioning AC. It also had visible mold. By the end of our stay, my husband and I both were ill. He also ended up with ear infection in both ears and a sinus infection. We were both very disappointed with the hotel.

Location was awesome. Place was overrun with drunk obscene shouting sailors, restaurant bar service was poor. The Hilton in tumon was at one time grand. She has been used plenty and appears just that way. Still nice but not above a couple stars in my book. Not dirty just a little worn and dated. internet in rooms was $12/day (spotty connection) and didn't work well. They took it off my bill at checkout.

What can you say about the best hotel on Island? The staff and facilities are un-comparable. We moved to the Hilton from the Marriott on our third week on island. While the Marriott is an excellent hotel, the Hilton is by far a much higher rated place. The staff is unbelievable. We were there on a business trip, but that does not mean that we could not enjoy the place. If you are there on vacation, this is the place to stay. The rooms were in excellent condition and very quiet. The Island Terrace restaurant has some of the best food anywhere. The staff remembered our names after the first visit. We felt very welcome.

Hilton was my first choice for the last part of my six-week southeast asian vacation because of its location and amenities. The fact that Guam Hilton Resort and Spa is located toward the end of Tumon Bay. Since Guam is frequented by tourists mainly from Japan, Korea, Taiwan, and Mainland USA, I found it a good transition before returning to Chicago. The diversity of people working in and out of the hotel made it all worth the trip. The location was particularly convenient for all the things to do in Guam (but not too close if you are like me who wants to feel relaxed yet busy). Too bad Genji Restaurant is closed, but the Hilton has a few restaurants and a bar that will satisfy the palete--or you are a short walk away from other restaurants along the bay.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location to all the shopping was a little out of the way if you're walking to places.

It was the first time at the Hilton after experiencing some of the other nice Guam hotels. Our experience at the Hilton has just been wonderful, the staff are so friendly, the location excellent, the waterpark great and now that the refurbishment is finished the whole hotel including bedrooms are in a great state. We already decided to return to the Hilton Guam soon as we miss our newly made Hilton friends already!

Price for good quality and airport and town proximity. Good Hilton hotel, close to airport and also to town. Nice rooms not too spacious. Super clean. Friendly staff.

I was not pleased with the first two rooms that we were given but the front desk staff did everything they could to finally get me to a room that I was satisfied with. The first night we arrived we were placed in a room that looked liked they were still conducting maintenance and the second one the air conditioning fan blade was hitting the housing unit and was making such a racket but we were so tired from our long air travel we decided to sleep the night and then request another room the next day. The accommodations in the last room was above par and the hotel environment was absolutely gorgeous. Don't expect to get a room with an ocean view as this will cost you an additional $35 per night. The hotel food was a bit pricey and did not meet my palate expectations. There are restaurants nearby that offer much better food and better prices. Overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay and will return to this hotel again on another visit.

They did not pay enough attenion to customer's complaint. There were very noisy moving around sound above or under our room during the night, I mean between 11:00 PM to 4:00 AM. I complained to the hotel, but it seemed they don't care at all. Front desk only told me she reported to the general manager. No one ever said sorry, no one ever did anything and the noisy sound continued until we left.

Our general experience at the Hilton Guam Resort and Spa was positive after the first day. We checked in very late at night on the first day. The room was not clean, had no balcony or view, the lamp was broken, etc. The bed was fine but the bathroom had mildew in many areas and there was hair on the floor. Their rooms were in another building and were lovely.) After requesting to speak with a manager, we were offered another room in the same building we were in which was not much better. I refused that room.
