stayed for 5 nights ,while attending a trade show .good position of the strip,close to mono rail & lv hilton.staff in deli very good,rooms clean ,all amenities ,would recommend this hotel highly.

Our stay was very nice. Everything was very pleasant. The staff was exceptional. Every request was handled promptly and with graciousness. They even allowed our Son and Grandaughter to use their lounge. (they were staying elsewhere) while we were out shopping for last minute wedding items. This was a stressful couple of days for everyone and they helped on several ocasions to make things easier for us. We will definitely choose Hilton Vacation Club again.

I went to the trade show for 3 days. Although it is a long walk to the convention center, it's a good chance to exercise! I wish there's a bar in the hotel.

People were very friendly and helpful. Area between the strip was just right. No complaints. This hotel is great, you get a lot for the little you pay, prices are moderate for any person. the beds are so comfortable and rooms are neat.

We stayed for a week in September 2008. Our 2 bedroom suite was actually huge and in great condition. The staff was very nice and the facilities were clean. The pool area was nice with the only downside being that the sun is blocked by surrounding buildings during certain hours. Very good drinks at the pool bar. Overall, I would stay again with my family but would not recommend for a romantic getaway or friends getaway as it is pretty far down on the strip. For those wishing to enjoy the nightlife, you have a little bit of a hike to the action. However, the Deuce operates 24/7 and we loved the free shuttle to the Wynn (operates until 9 pm). Once at the Wynn, you can easily walk to the other resorts and attractions but be conscious that it stops operating pretty early for Vegas. The CVS next door is open 24 hrs and sells food, toiletries, and alcohol. In a few years with the new resorts surrounding the Hilton complete, this will be a great place to stay.

Went to some top shows. Toured Las Vegas and Sam's town. Spent time relaxing around the pool. Housekeeping on the 17th floor was top notch. Had some noisy neighbors on occasion on either side of us. The room was super just like home away from home.

We looked for an Hotel located in the strip, but away from the crowds and traffic jams. The Hilton Grand Vacation is exactly what I was looking for. Excellent staff, very courteous and friendly, from the valet service, to the Deli Market, etc... I definitely recommend this Hotel.

Nice hotel. They double charged me for the room & it has taken over a month for me to get refunds & bounced check fees due to their errors. also I was charged almost $60.00 less than what I booked it for on orbitz...

Friendly staff. I forgot my cell phone charger and the concierge located a store that was open till midnight. Valet parking lacking. Family friendly atmosphere and courteous staff. Generally clean rooms. In a quiet location. Valet service was not available unless requested.

Stayed three nights at this location. The room was okay. Bathroom was in great need on renovation. Beds were too soft. When checking in, clerk made a snide comment about my HHonor status ("Pretty soon you will reach Diamond status" when i have only 3 stays this year. An obvious dig) and another clerk lectured my Canadian friend about restroom vs washroom terminology. Check out was more pleasant. Would rather stay at the Doubletree next time.

The Hilton Grand Vacation Club (on Karen Ave) in Las Vegas was a welcome change from the noise and confusion of your typical casino hotel. Best of all, it was easy access to the incredeble monorail system that I so enjoyed using! It was a very enjoyable stay!

Disappointed with my stay in this hotel, except for the warm greeting from the curbside staff all other staff was snobbish and unattentive. It took them hours to change my room after I had reported the toilet was overrunning and it needed maintenance attention. Worst of all they charged the wrong credit card, at checkout I gave a different card for the bill to be charged to and asked the she remove the charges from the initial card provided. Her response was "I got it", I was led to believe that she did as I asked, but no, found out later that all charges were placed on the wrong card. That's lousy.

My brother and I were very satisfied with our stay at the Hilton Grand Vacation Club. The staff was very professional and attentive. The prices for the rooms were very reasonable. Other memebers of our family stayed at the Monte Carlo. We rode the monorail to locations closer to the strip. It left from the main Hilton next door which is about a 10 minute walk. I wouldn't recommend the monorail unless you are in good shape, because most of the time you have to walk a long way once you get off.

It was a cheap place to sleep for a couple hours . Cleaning staff and valet were nice. Out of date TV like "90 . The valet service let us after they told other guest it was full . The cleaning staff gave us more towels with no problem . Only thing didn't like was cleaning crew opened the door at 9 am to see if we were checking out yet while we were still a sleep. Old TV.

I booked this place for a romantic getaway for the New Year countdown, but it's more like a nightmare. As soon as we arrived Vegas, the hotel lost our reservation. They later found it but it took so long we missed our countdown. WARNING!!! This place is not a casino hotel. It's a time-share place. It's very far from everything else. The first day we walked and hurt our feet. The second day we took the monorail which wasn't too bad, but not ideal. The third day we decided to rent a car just to get to other casinos. You would be better off to pay a little more and stay at other hotels ex. MGM, Treasure Island, Mirage, etc. To their credit, the hotel was clean. The building was very new. But I would NEVER EVER recommend this place to anyone staying in Vegas.

This hotel was in an excellent location, not right in the middle of the stip but close enough to walk to other destinations. The hotel staff was very friendly and the rooms were kept very clean. This hotel went above the call of duty when it came to accomodating their guests. I would definately stay again!!!
