We stayed here in August 2008 and had a really nice time. The rooms are very clean and large. The pool is well kept and their is always someone from the hotel checking in. Book your room in advance though. Also the breakfast buffet is a bit unorganized, but the food is good.

asked for sheets to be changed daily and they weren't. leads me to question whether or not they were clean when we checked in. complained, all i got was a sorry, not sufficient.

The staff was phenomenal! Nothing. I would stay at this hotel again for sure! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were large and clean. The bedding was very nice. The bathroom was huge! Loved it!

had a great 4 night stay. rooms were big enough for 2 adults and my 2 kids. fresh clean smelling rooms every day. the dining staff were great. really make you feel at home. plenty of t.v. channel surfing, although the only disappointment was that the play station is NOT FREE. it doesn't say anywhere before playing that you are being charged, you find out on the bill. But, would definately recommend this hotel to friends.

The pool was nice (but small) and the restaurant staff was excellent. Restaurant was very expensive not suitable to family dining. Great staff, ample parking, nice rooms but on the smaller size - 5 minute drive from West Edmonton Mall. Lots of restaurants in the area both low and high end.

The cleaning staff had obviously not cleaned well enough as a previous guest had left a sock behind and it hadn't been picked up by the cleaning staff. It was better than I expected for a 3 star, my husband who had stayed there on business recommended it and I was very happy with both the price and the accommodations.

Fresh cookies upon check in, friendly/helpful staff, clean cozy rooms. Hotel did not have a shuttle bus from downtown to the actual hotel. I had a fantastic stay for two nights at the Hilton garden inn; I would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay there!
