I loved the bed it was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The restaurant prices were a little pricey. I would recommend this hotel to friends and I would definitely stay there again.

I have stayed here several times in the past on business, and always have been well pleased. This is a large hotel and looks like a Plantation Home. Rooms have always been quiet and comfortable, with plenty of hot water. Staff at check-in or to give directions have always been friendly and helpful. Rooms have micro & fridge. Beds are excellent quality. I would have preferred a little firmer pillow. RESTAURANT IS SUPERB! This is definitely worth the visit. Dining at night is semi-casual. You will be hard pressed to find better dining in Norfolk 30 miles away. Breakfast has continental and full buffet, your choice. Hotel has a conference center attached, and I was pleased with the two meetings my employer held there.

upon checking in a stood an waited while the front desk manager ignore me not once but twiceI was truly disguised with her she apparently assumed we were not worthy of her attentionI have filed several complaints and have heard nothing back from the Hilton I have also told my family members that this will no longer be the hotel we choice for our annual family gatheringUpon our departure we choice to check out with the zip check out We figured why bother to go to the front desk to be ignored again
