We chose this hotel for the complimentary shuttle to the airport. We checked in late and out early which they made very speedy for us. The pool was amazingly warm and the room service was good. Great famiy hotel with lots of ammenities: 24 hr. snack shop in lobby and lots close by to walk to (2 strip malls near entrance). convienently located between downtown and airport if sight seeing, and easy to find off I5. I will plan on staying here every trip!

Excellent staff. Restaurant very overpriced for quality of food. Good location for our purpose and room had been recently remodeled. Very clean.

This hotel is right on the freeway and traffic is steady all night long. I can't remember the last time I spent such a horrible night in a nice hotel. The room was really nice but not worth the noise. The cleaning staff was great but the front desk staff was quite rude. I wouldn't stay here again, their are much nicer hotels in the area, that have been thoughtfully placed farther from the freeway.

My daughter and I spent three days visiting universities in Santa Cruz, Berkeley, and Davis and stayed at a different hotel each night. The Hilton was by far the best in every way. I particularly like the bathroom decor and comfortable beds. I've stayed at several different Hiltons as my brother owns a Hilton timeshare and I've come to expect consistency and quality and am never disappointed. Friendly staff, clean carpets and modern bathroom decor are just a few of the reasons that I'll try to stay at a Hilton Hotel whenever I can.

Cheap, and swimming pool was great. Room service hardly ever available. Room service non-existent on Friday and Saturday, and only open 5 hours a day otherwise. The 24 hour convenience store was a walk-in closet pantry in entryway. Refrigerator broke and food spoiled. TV channels practically non-existent. No pay-per-view. No channel guide. HBO guide, but no HBO. Printer in business room broken. Hotel breakfast was expensive, but good.

Room, housekeeping and staff was perfect. Unfortunately, the noise in the hallway was unbearable. It sounded like the 3:00 am guests were right in my room. It's not a very soundproof room. If improving the sound proof system is too costly, I recommend posting nice, polite signs, asking guest to minimize noise, as to not disturb guests. It's a very nice hotel, with excellent ammenities. I wouldn't recommend it if you're a light sleeper though.

This hotel was located in a good area for me. The hotel staff was very friendly during check in, and moved me at my request to a room that was not next to the freeway. The room was very nice, and clean. The restraurant had a sunday brunch that was a little expensive for me, but they accomadated me by letting me have sort of an a-la carte breakfast. That suited my needs just perfect.

Spacious rooms. Noisy neighbors.

Friendly staff, listened to requests and accommodated where possible. Remote from amenities, should use shuttle service for quick trips to local attractions. Grounds, pool, hotel clean, attractive. Common area were pleasant to entertain visiting with relatives and business associates. Restaurant was too expensive, too few meal times. No real snack opportunities and no place around. Must have a car to really enjoy staying at this hotel. Pool nice, business office well worked well and was kept supplies with necessary items. Need more computers.

Courtesy shuttle to restaurant. Lobby was rather unattractive with dining area very close. I really liked the staff at this hotel. The desk clerk drove me to a nearby restaurant and then picked me up at an arranged time. The room was spacious with everything a business person might need. The bed was wonderful!

The public area of the hotel were very nice and the room was clean. No fridge or microwave or complimentary buffet breakfast. I would not recommend this hotel for families as there are no microwaves or refrigerators in the room. Overall we were very disappointed. My son wanted to pop his popcorn and there was no microwave in the room, nor was there a microwave available when we inquired at the front desk. Definitely not a 3 star hotel. The room was very average (a notch above motel 6)!

Amazing staff totally embraces the term hospitality. Pool was a little cold. Amazing get away close to downtown and businesses. Cook to order breakfast was amazing and the staff was above and beyond as far as service goes. Loved it!

It's a beautiful hotel, very comfortable. There was a large group of children that kept us up late (very noisy), but the hotel management handled it promptly. The shuttle service to the airport was very prompt, we got to the airport in plenty of time to catch our flight.

Staff was flexible in assisting us with hotel transportation to airport, restaurants. None. Friendly check in and front was always ready to assist with any touring plans we would come up with.

Friendly welcoming staff. Fresh food and variety. Room service not available in late hours. We arrived late after a short flight, long day. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They offered options and provided needed information for late night snack attack. The morning breakfast option was very surprising. The fruit fresh, made to order eggs with many options from very light to the more hearty. The staff again were very helpful and courteous. If our trip wasn't taking out of the area, we would of booked the whole weekend at this hotel.
