The hotel was very clean, great in every way. The location was odd:Home Depot Drive. And our window gave us a panoramic view of... you guessed it...Home Depot! It was a great place to stay, though, and we would stay there again.

The front desk staff was great.

Room layout and friendly staff. Cleaners did not replace our box of tissues which emptied just short of our. We loved this hotel. Our room had a spacious feel. There is a zenlike feel in the hotel. Very nicely designed. The shower heads were excellent. Yes, two shower heads - one stationary and one for hand held. Shampoo and conditioner better than average hotel kind. They used neutrogena. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast food was very yummy and our waitress gave a top notch service. Highly recommended.

We stayed in a handicap accessible room; which was very large and well decorated. Our second day stay found housekeeping very limited if not nonexistent. trash was left in the hall outside our room. I feel housekeeping staffing needs to be improved.

Comfortable beds. Were unable to work with us on room assignment - gave us a handicap, 2 queen room for myself and my husband. We really liked it. Except for the issue with staying in a room with 2 queen beds instead of 1 King it was okay. The pool was a little dirty but the hot tub was nice. No breakfast served unless you want to pay $10 or so but there are places to eat within walking distance etc.

Ease of check in and attention to an item not working in my room. Nothing.

The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very clean. Breakfast buffet was too expensive. This hotel is highly recommended for the business traveler or if your just looking for a nice get a way. Local attractions just 15 minutes away.

Everything. Although it was about 10 minutes from the wharf and historical places of interest, it was well located for getting on and off the highway easily.

The in-room internet service was very easy to use. I didn't like that their computer system had me checked into a room before I arrived. For a one-night stay where I was not hoping for a hotel to be a destination, I was very happy and surprised with the quality of the Hilton Garden Inn Plymouth. The public spaces leading to the room were well-lit and easy to navigate, and the room itself was full-featured, including TV and internet that were easy to use and access. The room was clean and free of debris, and while my room seemed to be located very close to the elevator (whose noise woke me a few times), I was generally pleased with my experience.

Very clean and comfortable beds. This hotel was the cleanest hotels with the friendliest service that I have ever stayed at. My experience was better than higher star hotels that I have stayed at in Las Vegas. And the beds were the most comfortable beds I have ever seen in a hotel room.

The lobby was fantastic for visiting with our family from out of town. Did not include a continental breakfast. Comfortable beds, great lobby, nice workout room and pool, great to have fridge and micro in room.

The best staff I have seen in years! This hotel must have a great manager. From the first hello to the checkout all I met were friendly helpful people. This is the best review I have been able to give in years. I will end by saying, when in Plymouth this hotel is the one to stay in!

Great lobby space; extended hours for pool and spa. Located in shopping mall. Nicely appointed rooms, great open lobby space with fireplace, clean and new.

I liked the fact that it was clean. One faucet handle was missing in our bathroom.

Location was convenient to roads and restaurants. No complaints. We used this hotel as a base for day trips to the Cape and Plimouth. It is very comfortable, clean, well situated.

I love their lobby/decor. The hotel is clean, new, has a nice pool and is walking distance to shops. A little understaffed at the breakfast buffet. Also wish it had a full restaurant or room service. The above sort of sums it up. My family and I have stayed here many times because it's in Plymouth near his family. We've always had a good stay. The kids love the pool. I think the hotel is clean and attractive. I also love that it's near shopping; Ethan Allen, TJ Maxx/ Home Goods, Kohl’s plus Dunkin' Donuts, Friendly’s, Bugaboo Creek. When my husband had to leave with the car, I was able to walk around to all the shops with the kids - they didn't mind because it was so close and they ended up at Friendly's. Not necessarily a destination spot, but perfect if you need to stay over in the area.
