My son and I enjoyed the trip.

Quite. Parking lot too hard to reach to steep. Staff was nice and very clean.

The Hilton staff was fantastic. Anything I needed, they were there to help. I stayed there while I was at a conference and there wasn't any department that didn't do an incredible job of helping me with anything I needed. Their maintenance staff fixed something for me right away, the restaurant server got things for me without my even asking, the set-ups for the conference were always beautiful, housekeeping kept our room sparkling, the food was great and the bar service very friendly. The bed was so comfortable! It was just great. The front desk staff went out of their way to help me when our car broke down. They made sure it was fixed, helped me get to any place I needed, etc. When I wanted to go somewhere in my car instead of the shuttle, they drove the shuttle ahead of me so I could follow them and not get lost. They took good care of my son when he was around on his own. We only had one noisy neighbor and the management dealt with it very quietly and politely. I couldn't have asked to stay at a hotel with nicer people. They were genuinely nice and helpful, not doing it just because it was their job. I would stay there again any time.

Convenient location, room clean and spacious. Bathtub is not quite clean. Pretty good overall.

The staff was very nice and friendly. The room was clean and comfprtable. The location was great where was a nice mall closed by with several reataurants. It was not in the middle of downtown but we had a car. The MARTHA Transportation station was closed by and the hotel offers a free shuttle to there as well as close by areas. I would stay again.

The Hilton Garden Inn was amazing. We were only there to enjoy breakfast, and it had so many options to chose from. It was delicious. The room was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The staff was very friendly and courteous when we checked in and out. I would definitely stay here again.

We were on a combination business/visit family trip. This hotel was clean and comfortable. All the staff were very very welcoming. Every time we saw a staff member they asked us how we were doing. We were 5 minutes to work, 5 minutes to shopping and 1 minute to the interstate. Getting downtown was breeze on the Marta 5 minutes away as well. Lots of good places to eat in all price ranges withing 10 minutes. The fitness center/pool area was clean and all the equipment worked. The in-room refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker were great. We saved money by eating breakfast in the room. The lounge area was comfortable with very friendly staff. We were not traveling with children so I cant say what it would be like for a family.

The hotel is a good one however during my two night stay the fire alarm went off once around noon then again at 4:00 AM. I was not happy about that one. It must have sounded for at least 5 mins before someone shut it off. I could not go back to sleep after that. I sure this was just a rare event but it did annoy me. Excluding this it was a nice place to stay and I would do so again.

From the moment we enter the hotel to our departure it was an outstanding 4 day stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. The entire staff that included the front desk, restaurant, bar and even the general maintenance crew were friendly, helpful and attentive to our every need. Our room was beautifully decorated and very clean everyday. The amenities the hotel offered and accessibility to the Marta to Atlanta downtown, surrounding shopping centers and restaurants of every degree were amazing. We enjoyed the area and this wonderful hotel. We hope to stay again at the Hilton Garden Inn when we're in Atlanta on business.

Basic business hotel; rooms and public areas are good. Parking is above hotel on hill; inconvenient. Hotel tricky to arrive and depart. The Hilton Garden Inn is a good hotel to stay; I have little issue with the facilities. However, it is built on the side of a hill with no non-handicap parking near the hotel. The parking lot is above the hotel at a steep rise which makes walking to and from your car problematic, especially with luggage. The hotel can be difficult to arrive and leave due to the road configuration around it. It is also hard to find since the exit off I-285 can be very confusing to first-timers. Overall, I feel a 3star is somewhat generous - 2.5star is probably more like it.

I love Atlanta. The hotel staff went over and beyond with making our hotel stay incredible. I loved the gentleman at the front desk. He is the ultimate front desk personal. Every hotel should have model employee like him.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I got lost in the middle of Atlanta twice and they talked me back to the hotel safely! Slight smoky smell in the hallway.

Great location. Wonderful staff. The only thing was the parking, but it wasn't anything I couldn't live with. This was an amazing hotel. They were close to where we needed to be, but in a very safe neighborhood. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. Check in/out were quick and easy.

The swimming pool was perfect for our 7 year old grandson. The bed skirts on the beds were dirty. The hotel met all of our expectations for a clean comfortable hotel located by a shopping mall that also had a nice swimming pool for our young grandson.

Hotel was clean, comfortable and centrally located. Parking was on top of hill and not visible from hotel. Our one night stay was simple, pleasant, clean and comfortable. Perfect for what we wanted, no fuss and convenient. The odd parking location was the only negative, but not even worth complaining about considering how nice everything else was.

Breakfast was an additional $12 per person. Parking was not conveniently located. Comfortable and quality hotel. Would definitelystay here again.

I lost a shoe under the bed and they haven't found it! The hotel was fine-a little older and the rooms could use a makeover but for the price it was fine.
