It wasvery comfortable. This hotel was in a great location, easy to find and super super clean and comfortable. The beds were amazing and the staff very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this to anyone.

The front desk was very friendly, check was really fast, no hassle. One of the more comfortable beds I have slept in while staying in a hotel with a variety of pillows to choose from.

I have an allergy to Down feather pillows, they understood and made sure during my stay to have the items with down removed from the room. If you end up at this hotel you will be happy, I would also recommend that you walk over to "Babe's" great BBQ and friendly staff (Tell [...] at the bar Florida says hey)

In Rancho Mirage The staff stole my iphone headset. Nice hotel but the staff stole my iphone headset and then laughed about it.

Staff was rude and unconcerned when we needed a room for an additional night because of a flight cancellation. They said the hotel was fully booked when the overnight help told us there were plenty of rooms. They then gave us the number of a "reservation specialist" who told me there were no rooms in our area because of a city convention. In reality there was a room available in at the hotel next door. They definitely made the end of our stay extremely unpleasant. If this review stops one person from staying here it's worth it. Stay at the Country Inn & Suites next door.

Great location, fantastical comfortable beds, clean. The pool was neglected and filthy. The hotel itself is wonderful, clean, convenient. the staff, although a bit on the snooty side, were helpful when pressed. The purpose of our trip was to get some warm sun and time at a nice pool. The pool area was nicely maintained but the pool bar was non-operational. the pool water was neglected and dirty, uncoordinated and overused filthy and probably a bio hazard. That was the only disappointment, but it just happened to be the focus of this trip.I clearly made a mistake in choosing this hotel for leisure. It is more suited for a spartan business trip.

the room was nice,clean and comfortable. we really enjoyed the pool and spent most of our time there. the hotel is located around so many restraunts that you do not have to drive at all! we also enjoyed taking long morning walks around the neighborhood!

The Hilton Garden Inn in Rancho Mirage in our opinion is a great place to stay at. It is Beautiful and very clean and the hospitality from the staff is outstanding. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were always available and attentive to our needs. The hotel is near everything from shopping malls to restaurants whether you want to walk or drive. Therefore, this convenience added value and praise to the hotel. We were very Happy and Satisfied with our stay and will gladly go back!!!

This hotel was great. The room was quite large and very clean. The bed was super comfortable. Parking was conveniently located in front of the hotel. The hotel staff, at the front desk, was very friendly.

I thought is was so so. I hated that the pool was very hot and not very refreshing when it was so hot.

Beds were super comfy and lobby nicely decorated. Ended up with 2 queen beds instead of 1 king. Overall a very nice stay. Within walking distance to many eateries and beds very comfy.

This hotel was fabulous. Located right next to one of the most upscale, trendy shopping malls in the area was an unexpected benefit. Walking into the lobby was like walking into the lobby of a five star hotel. The decor and the staff made you feel like you had arrived at a luxury resort. The staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. Our room was quiet and perfectly appointed with a very nice chair and foot rest, soft top bed, plenty of pillows, wall thermostat, great air conditioning, plenty of room to put suitcases out of the walking area, nice size refrigerator, coffe maker and microwave. Free internet access in the business area, lovely pool, plenty of parking, and a very nice fitness center. I could not have asked for more.
