this hotel was really clean and comfortable. we had free wine tasting and cheese before six and all the staff was friendly. The down fall was the location wasn't close to anything.

Leaving, the staff was nice too. The rooms compared to the price. No continental breakfast. I was dissatisfied with the room I received for 7.00. When I booked the room I was under the impression that I was getting a suite with a Jacuzzi tub for 2. The room was small, Narrow, and the tub was nowhere near big enough for 2. I was awakened by housekeeping at 8:45 the following morning. That day I drove to Calistoga and roomed in a bigger room, with a bigger bathroom, with a continental breakfast for less than half the cost.

We had reserved a king size bed and they did not have it for us and did not care at all that we were upset. No offer of a discount or free breakfast or anything that might have made us feel better. The room was spacious, but we had to sleep in separate beds on our romantic weekend getaway. We will not be back.

The staff was pleasant, the room was nice. The main thing I didn't like was the heater. It was very touchy and VERY loud. It woke me up every time it turned on."

Hotel is for people who go to Napa Valley for the tourism. Registration was prompt and friendly, rooms were bright and clean, breakfast (only) was more than adequate. If you're going to Napa to experience the wine country this is a great affordable place to shower and get a good night's sleep.

dining is breakfast only. no room service. a local bar will deliver food. no lounge/bar. pool is very small. offered discount for broken tv, never saw it. maids are the only friendly people. place was clean.
