Everything was wonderful and location was the best for our purposes. We liked everything. This hotel was great for location, not far from light rail and downtown and very close to the VA hospital for people that go there from outside the Phoenix area, like us, who traveled 192 miles from Lake Havasu City AZ.

Stayed here on a business trip for a week and the staff was so friendly. Very good rate for the quality of the hotel compared to the others in the area. Bed was comfortable, room was clean, huge fitness center and great restaurant. Highly Recommended!!!

Close to the reason of our trip. A O.K. Clean, rooms good. The only thing open during our stay for meals was breakfast. That suited us most of the time as we visited family & friends. Could walk for evening meals.

Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix Midtown is resonably priced. The hotel has a specious parking lot and a complemantary shuttle that takes you anywhere within 5 miles from the hotel. The stuff was very plasant. There are two restourants across the street from the hotel. Overall it is a nice hotel either for business or lesure.

The Hilton Garden in Phoenix was very family friendly and the staff was very helpful. The room was comfortable and theye were able to accomodate us with a baby crib last minute. I was expecially happy the staff or hotel guests did not mind my 5-grandchildren coming and going as we visited for the holiday.

Clean. Lack of dining options. I thought the hotel was well kept and attractive. I would have preferred something that wasn't quite so mid-town, however, that was one of the criteria that I selected.

The employees were very nice and super helpful. Since there was no restaurant, that i noticed, at the hotel they directed us to a really good mexican place. The room was clean and contemporary, everything functioning well. The hotel room had a sliding door with a balcony except the balcony was the size of half a person! Hilarious.

Enjoyed swimming pool and hot tub for the hot climate. Very difficult to find, parking lot inconveniently located. It exceeded my expectations.

Extremely friendly staff, very clean hotel, great location. Our room smelled really weird. The staff, Downtown location, and cleanliness of this hotel was great. It was really quiet, probably not very occupied with all the road and light rail construction around the hotel. My only complaint was that the room had a strange bad smell when we got there which lasted throughout our stay. We had to rush out to a Suns game so we decided to tough out the smell. It was probably just our room that was affected; I think we were right next to a utility room.

Spacious room, good value, shuttle service. Construction made it confusing to get to hotel. Quiet and spacious rooms with comfortable king bed. Bathroom had nice granite countertops and a hand held shower head in tub. Free shuttle to Chase Ballpark was convenient. Only complaint would be about the lighting (or lack of it) near the coffee and microwave. There was also only chair to sit on besides the desk chair.

Location, quality of room & common areas, comfort. Difficult to access rooms from check-in area e.g. directional signs were unclear or non existent; was given no parking pass. Very comfortable and attractive room and common areas, although rooms were a bit difficult to access. Gentleman at front desk was somewhat arrogant or condescending and failed to explain parking arrangement or give me a pass. Young woman the next a.m. was more cordial and helpful. I would choose it over most other hotels given an equal cost and agreeable location.

It was cheap. I didn't expect to get anything at that price. Staff rude, hotel address not on right road, when asking for two rooms would like them close together especially when the hotel is empty. Half of the hotel looked really nice. These guys would only give us rooms with one double bed. We also had to fight with them about getting two rooms on the same floor. They seemed to be treating us poorly because we prepaid for the room. After I fought a little we did get a room with two beds, but we ended up not using the second room because it was not convenient for us. I could understand if the hotel was full, but in this case it was obviously not.
