The double queen room and bathroom were very large and clean, and the staff was polite and quickly brought towels when we requested extras. It's right off I-35, so it was convenient for travel from Austin.

The Garden Inn was a very nice place. The room was large with all the extras.(coffee maker, small frige, iron & board) They did not have wireless internet in the rooms but were working on it. There Business room come in handy with computer and printer. Also internet access. The hotel was in walking distance to the Conference center. This was a very nice place to stay.

Friendly! Even the manger was on the floor and I met him! Nothing! This hotel exceeded my expectations. Everyone, and I mean everyone was friendly and spoke every time I saw them. The manager was in the lobby most of Saturday supervising a crew that was cleaning the grout between every tile. The manager obviously runs a very upscale, clean hotel. I would definitely stay there again and again.

The staff bent over backwards to help us, but that did not offset the need to move us twice to finally accommodate our needs/preferences. The first two non-smoking rooms smelled like used cigarette butts. We declined their offer to spray the room since that accomplishes nothing. Poor ventillation in the rooms.

I found the staff to be friendly. The in room refrigerater was nice. The room was clean with the exception of maybe the bathroom floor. I have stayed at this hotel twice now and would recommend it to someone who likes a great value.

Very friendly staff, all problems were addressed promptly. Room wasnot clean when I checked in, had to go back down and get new room. Great place for business, very quiet. Staff was great! Very friendly--made you feel at home. Breakfast was great!

My expierence at this hotel was the worst! The customer service was horrible. I had a water comming into my room froom the bathroom and bed mites in the pullout sofa! Usually i am very forgiving of things while staying at hotels but this was too much!

Great! Nicest Hilton Garden Inn I've been too! Great location, close to downtown, close to Love field, close to the freeway. Very convenient. Nice lobby, excellent rooms, great breakfast!

Clean hotel, friendly staff, modern amenities, great value, esp with online prepaid price. Would be nice if the restaurant were open later for brunch, and one side of our bed was a bit saggy, but other than that, we had a great experience. Within 5 min of downtown by car and they also offer shuttle service within 5 mi.

The hotel was well kept up and the public spaces were nice. I did get a good first impression of my room as soon as I walked in. The comforter was very lumpy. It was unattractive. I would recommend staying in the hotel. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet.
