Check in was quick and friendly. The room was immaculate and large. There was a mini refrigerator and microwave in the room. The room was much more quiet than the average hotel. The bed was very firm and extreemly comfortable.

Comfortable beds, great location to many activities, very clean! One thing I noticed and that was the fitness area machines need to be maintained, wobble and squeaky.

The location of the hotel was ideal, and everything was fantastic. We were able to do an early check - in (at about 10 am compared to the standard 3pm check-in) with no issues what so ever. The room was big, and clean and very very relaxing. We had the corner room, therefore we were as far away from the elevator. Furthermore, the business center downstairs in the lobby allowed for easy and convenient emailing and checking the interenet.

We chose this hotel for the family-friendly pool and were extremely happy with our choice. Very clean rooms and facility. Thoroughly enjoyed the zero-depth entry pool and mini-water park feel. Perfect for travels with younger children. Beds consistently the most comfortable for a hotel. Would definitely stay here again as we are frequent Hilton Garden travelers.

So far I have stayed at two Hilton Garden Inn hotels and they have comfortable beds, nice interiors, great pool and exersise facilities. However, they keep putting me in rooms behind the elevator which is very noisy. The first hotel switch my room very fast. This hotel took a long time to switch my room to a less noisy one not near the elevator.

Excellent place to stay! Newer construction, clean rooms, adjustable beds (firmness),Neutrogena bathroom products, free wired and wireless internet, digital climate control, stereo clock radio with Aux input for MP3 players, breakfast buffet in lobby or Denny's two doors down, top notch pool facility geared towards kids, nice bathrooms, fridge and microwave in room, and excellent service! Honestly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at! The staff went the extra mile to assure an early check in and adjoining rooms. They accommodated our every request!

The Hilton Garden Inn was the latest place we have stayed in Madison. We have stayed in Madison many times over the last 5 years and have a good idea of the local market. While the location was great, the hotel itself was lacking in various ways. The lack of a complimetary breakfast was a negative factor. The charge for the breakfast buffet was $10.00 per person and was nothing special. The biggest problem, however, was that the pool and hot tub were closed for the entire evening on Saturday, withe no explanation. Very frustrating. I will stay elsewhere on my next Madison trip.

Very clean. Staff was helpful and courteous. Had many good amenities such as shampoos, coffee maker, microwave. Was charged for a movie that we did not watch. Pleasant staff. Hotel was well kept and very clean. Very good breakfast. I would stay there again. Beds were very comfortable.
