Everything was fine. The pool was alittle dirty at one of our swim times but they sent a employee immediately to clean. All the employees were very helpful and cheerful. At checkout we were surprised that no carts were available at it took 4 trips to the car to carry everything. The employee at the desk said a wedding party came last night and must have kept all the carts in the rooms. I suggested a checkout system for the carts. Keep ID until returned and in 1hr if not returned the guest can be called to return. This way the employees would know where the carts are so they are not hid in rooms for use the next morning. Otherwise checkout was super speedy at the desk. There were many choices for dining nearby

Staff was so friendly and went above and beyond. I brought my own wine glasses and then even cleaned those for me. I could hear the television in the room next to me.

I stay at this often and find the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Everyone at this hotel goes out of their way to greet you and help you with anything you need. I love staying here.

Excellent stay. I was very pleased with this hotel. The front desk staff, the restaurant wait staff, and the room staff were all pleasant, helpful, and friendly. The entire place was clean.

Arrived late at the hotel (horrible traffic coming from Manhattan). Room was spacious, clean and quiet. Bed very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was perfect for the business traveler. A little off the beaten path from I-495, but I had business near Ronkokoma, so the location was ideal.

The staff went above and beyond to meet all accomodations asked for. The only complaint is that the housekeeping for our room was slightly less than expected. I would and have already recommended this hotel to family and friends in the area. It was clean and inviting. The staff was extremely friendly and I was so impressed by their hospitatlity. We were in MY for a funeral and the front desk staff made us feel so comfortable. The waiters and waitresses also were amazing. Overall, our experience with this hotel was 5 star!

Stayed here for a friends wedding. The staff was GREAT- prior to check-in, during check-in, throughout the entire stay. Rooms were very clean, bed comfortable. The breakfast (at least the made to order eggs) could use a little more work, would have liked the breakfast hours to run a little later. All in all, a great place with wonderfully helpful staff.

As a frazzled mom of a 15 month old I just stayed for one night to get some sleep. The staff couldn't have been friendlier and the room was very nice. The bed was very comfortable and so were the pillows, they were not typical hotel linens that are stiff. I enjoyed my little night to myself very much and would go there again if needed. I will recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel in the area.

I would have preferred to see a complimentary continental breakfast. The rooms were immaculate and the beds very comfortable. Sound insulation could have been better and there was significant noise until after 10 PM.

We picked this hotel because it had an indoor pool for the kids. They loved it. Thats what matters. Our overall stay was good. No complaints.

Indoor pool, very friendly staff, great beds! No sound barriers at all between rooms. The indoor pool, the staff's professionalism, and the availability of sundries and grocery items made this hotel ideal for accommodating my husband and myself, and our two daughters, 8 and 10.

It was only my husband and I. We were attending a high school reunion. We loved this hotel and would definitely stay again. As soon as we walked in the lobby we were greeted by friendly staff who were efficient and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. The bathroom was also clean and there was an iron and ironing board for use as well as a coffee maker and hair dryer. We did not dine at the restaurant but the breakfast looked inviting. The airport is near the hotel but we did not hear the planes at all during our stay.

Location, indoor pool and hot tub. Their computer broke down and we waited over a half hour for our restaurant check which they eventually billed to my credit card. Nice rooms, very clean, friendly-helpful staff, indoor pool and spa, nice location near airport, L.I.E, restaurants and stores. Our stay was very enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Service was excellent. All of the workers were very nice. Nothing. It's beautiful hotel! I really enjoyed the stay. The room I got for the price I paid was unbelievable. Excellent service.
