We had booked a king with sleeper sofa, but when we got to our room, there was no sofa. When we brought this to their attention, it was quickly changed and we were put into the correct room without hesitation. The negative was that the "adjustable firmness" of the mattress didn't seem to change regardless of what number we put the dial on.

Very clean. Hotel room was small. From what I saw it's okay.

We were not informed of the major construction going on around the hotel. Being woken up to the sounds of cranes and jackhammers was not the best vacation experience.

Loved the location of this hotel, we were able to walk to everywhere in the Inner Harbor. The hotel has a very nice breakfast buffet and our room was clean and quiet. Just make sure to call the hotel for directions to the parking garage entrance - it would be impossible to find on your own.

Difficult to find the hotel...poor signage. Upon arrival, front desk was very busy yet hotel only had one individual ([...]) working. He was very polite. Unfortunately, our room keys did not work when we got to the 8th floor (did I mention we had a 2-yr old who needed a nap). We returned downstairs and waited in line until [...] was able to help us again. He apologized and fixed the problem. We returned to the 8th floor and were able to enter but were hit with a smoke smell (supposed to be a non-smoking floor). Once again we returned to the front desk. [...] was once again very apologetic and upgraded us to a king room and free breakfast. The rest of the trip ran smoothly until check-out. The hotel advertised $22 parking for guests. The signs say take your ticket to the front desk but the front desk redirects everyone to the parking garage office. The garage charged $29 and said they had were a separate business from the hotel.

Great location. Close to the inner harbor. Ask for wake up call and didn't get it. Almost missed plane. Beautiful hotel. Great amenities including pool and gym.

THe room was very clean, quiet and the staff was friendly and helpful. Perfect Inner Harbor location - blocks from Fells Point, Little Italy and the Harbor. Conveniences close by too - Whole Foods and CVS Pharmacy in same block. We would stay there again.

Everything was clean and front desk was helpful. License was stolen off the dresser and not happy about that.

Just got back from a holiday weekend in Baltimore, and we definitely made the right choice in our hotel pick. The rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast buffet with made-to-order entrees was great, and the location can't be beat. Whether you're headed to Inner Harbor (Aquarium, Science Center), Little Italy (Amici's is to die for, with a great bakery across the intersection), or Fell's Point, all are easy walking distance. I've read reviews of this hotel elsewhere where it was said the front desk staff was not helpful. They must have overhauled the staff, because everyone we encountered was very courteous, professional, and helpful. Couldn't have asked for better.

I was unable to enjoy my experience at this hotel due to a death in the family, we attempted to contact the hotel and/or Orbitz in order to re-schedule, NOT cancel our reservation and neither would allow due to "policy"... I was forced to pay the full amount for a night I was not able to enjoy even with an attempt at 3 days notice... I will not be using Orbitz or this hotel again on our next trip to Baltimore which has been rescheduled for later this year...

Good location. Friendly staff. A shuttle to the Camden Yards would have been great. Nice hotel. Good location. Recommend highly.

It was clean, new, and had a fabulous location to food, drink, shopping, and sightseeing. The parking was a little pricey.

Hotel was spotless and convenient for us. The staff at the front desk was unfriendly and abrupt. I loved the hotel itself. It was spotless and the room was nice. We had breakfast only; our server was friendly and helpful. The cook behind the counter was rude and unfriendly. The front desk person was not helpful and curt.

When I initially booked, I chose the Homewood suites. Orbitz booked my room with the Graden Inn, which is in the same building but not what I wanted at all! I was expecting a suite with a full kitchen and sitting area. What I got was a closet with a bed and a toilet. The room was TINY and the bathroom was very awkward; there were these double doors(closet doors) into the bathroom. The bathroom door and closet door could not be opened at the same time because there was not enough room. We were awakened several times in one night because drunk college students were placing calls to random rooms stating that the front desk needed to see me. Housekeeping began banging on the door at 8am, despite the 'do not disturb' sign and me telling her that I was not in need of housekeeping. She was relentless and continued to come back several times that morning. The hotel was not a complete disaster, but Orbtiz really made it worse by not delivering what was promised.

Shape of the room made me feel like I was in a closet made into a room.

My stay was a brief. It was an overnight trip to meet a relative and continue traveling the next day. While there we walk around the Inner Harbor and enjoyed dinner and shopping for a couple of hours. Even though my personal experience with my room was not up to Hilton standards the property is in a great location for staying in the Inner Harbor.
