Everything was fine, but missing was a continental breakfast that I didn't have to pay for.

Location. Street noise. Rooms very clean and spacious. The only compliant would be due to some street noise although because this trip was over St. Patrick's day the whole area was a little crazy. Free Internet always a plus. Parking although $25 a day for valet is actually worth it as you'll find parking is hard to find.

Worst experience of my life. Know nothing about customer service!!!

The room was adequate, not really what I expected from a Hilton but probably in line with its price range. It was clean, reasonably comfortable, but not anything above average in amenities. We didn't spend much time in the room so it wasn't a major concern. It is on the edge of the historic district and just a short walk to Lady and Son's (Paula Deen's) restaurant as well as one street away from the river walk. Market Square is just outside the back door. Basically worth the money but the hotel will not be the highlight of the trip.

Very attentive staff. Beds where worn and uncomfortable. Hotel has convenient access to restaurants and shops in the area. Concierge service staff was very helpful and helped to make recommendations to local dinning and attractions.

The hotel is truly located in the heart of everything - City Market, River Street, Broughton Street and just a couple blocks from the Lady & Sons. The absolute best thing about the hotel was the incredible staff! They all went above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Also, the concierge was very accommodating and had endless amounts of activity and restaurant options. This is definitely one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in!!!

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful visit to Savannah and our accommodations were great and conveniently located. We were able to walk to most places we wanted to visit, including the Lady & Sons restaurant. The staff was fantastic, very accommodating at all times.

Agood party hotel for bay & river street. Having a Hilton hotel right next to 3 other hotels can be somewhat absurd. The staff is friendly.

i called ahead the morning of our check-in and asked if we could check-in early. i was told it would be no problem however once we arrived our room was not ready and wouldn't be ready for several hours. the front desk later told me i must of talked to the employee helping out from the hotel next door. other than the valet attendant the front desk staff didnt seem very concerned or apologetic. it was a horrible way to start off a romantic weekend. too many hotels to spend our money here again.

We had a suite, the price was very reasonable. Didn't have a restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the hotel. The valet parking staff was excellent, as well as the front desk staff. Our room was very nice and well appointed. We were very comfortable and would recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

I was expecting much more for the price we paid. This hotel was clean, average, nice, ok. But for the price that we paid, I expected a larger room, with a nice large bathroom and whirlpool bathtub. Well, we thought probably breakfast was included. Be warned, it is not included. And breakfast cost us 27! Parking is not included either. 30 for the weekend to park in our own hotel. We compared adjacent properties and all were lower! We won't make that mistake again.

AC from upstairs kept me up all night. Breakfast buffet not that good. The hotel itself was fine, but it was without a doubt the worst night sleep I ever got in a hotel. The AC unit in the room above us was making a fairly loud noise all night long. The breakfast buffet wasn't all that good.

I was a little concerned about the noice level when booking the hotel, fortunately I use earplugs, so sleeping was not interrupted. However, it was somewhat noticeable when we were watching TV. The beds are very comfortable and with my earplugs, I slept very well the three nights we stayed. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly. Both my husband and I agree that we would recommend this hotel to friends and will return on our next visit to Savannah."

Excellent location for historic areas & restaurants. Carpet in room was very dirty. Overall service was excellent & location great. We were able to enjoy River Street & City Market with a short walk. Historic district was also easily available within walking distance.

It had a hot tub and was 3 blocks from Paula Deen's Restaurant. Our room was located next to a busy street, cars and large trucks going by, very noisy. The hotel was very nice, clean.

Friendly employees. Was happy with everything. Was very nice clean and above all very friendly.

The location was great and the staff was exceptionally friendly. The traffic noise was loud early in the morning.

Brought my bags to room, took care of my car. Except for being a bit old, nothing not to like. The hotel is a bit old, but the location couldn't have been better for me as it was a very short walk to my meeting, and for the vacationing family, it would be the perfect location, right where the action is in Savannah. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I haven't been treated so well in a long time.
