Upon arrival, the receptionist was not the least nice. I was very disappointed with the greeting after a whole day of driving. That alone was such a turn off. I arrived with my daughter on July 23, 09 at about 4:30 afternoon. The hotel is 8 miles away from the beach and is not close to the shopping area. I won't stay there again.

The pool had a lot of trash in it. Very nice hotel. I enjoyed my stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The best feature is the layout - you can access the pool and parking garage from your room without ever going through the lobby. The covered parking garage was also a great feature. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean. My only complaints: the A/C unit in the room was a bit loud, and the guest room amenities (shampoo, conditioner, mouthwash, and lotion) couldn?t be closed once they were opened. Overall a very pleasant stay!

The price was great & the location was convenient to Hilton Head's main attractions. However, the hotel had a difficult entrance to turn into from the main road. You almost have to make an illegal U-turn to get there. We actually saw a police officer give a guest a ticket one night for a U-turn because he couldn't figure out how to get to the entrance from the main road. Not good!

It was very clean. I found a open snickers bar behind my iron board. Getting to this hotel was a little difficult but it was very clean. The bathroom was very nice and a lot cleaner then most places. I enjoyed my stay the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this to friends and family and come again.

Location ideal to see Charleston, Savannah and Hilton Head.Right at end of bridge to island. Under building parking. Freshly baked cookies in the evening. At least 6 foot alligator in pond behind hotel. Rooms clean. Friendly staff. After you learn secret of getting into parking lot things go much smoother! Never did learn how to get TV to quickly change channels.

The hotel was great the only thing that I didn't like was that it didn't have continental breakfast. After paying a lot for the hotel stay it could have come with free breakfast.
