The Gilroy Hilton Gardens provided everything we needed even a shuttle to and from the garlic festival. The room was very comfortable. The only suggestion I would make is that they staff their dining room for lunch and dinner on the weekends.

Clean, pretty, with comfortable beds. It was a little out of our way. I don't mind going a little out of my way for a comfortable bed. Although my business was in Morgan Hill, it was worth the ten minute drive to sleep well. It was well-staffed, nicely decorated, and very quiet.

Well, I grew up in Gilroy, so it was very odd to stay in a hotel there. But, it was very nice. The staff was awesome - met every need we had....and, they were extremely friendly. The rooms were really nice, very comfy beds and bedding. The shower had decent water pressure. The cleaning staff was AMAZING....they actually tracked us down at our car as we were leaving to give us something that we forgot in the room. WOW. My only disappointment was the fitness room - the equipement was old and hardly worked or was very loud and annoying. Other than that, I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Excellent breakfast. Nothing. The hotel exceeded our expectation. Conveniently located to Gilroy's Downtown area and attractions. Staff was very helpful with our question and went the extra mile in providing helpful information.

Room looked classy, alsoTV had many choices for fun and movies. Price was a little high. Good location and very nice room with many choices for viewing TV.
