we enjoyed the location of this hotel, and the size of room was ok. the beds were small, and hard as rocks. good place if your staying for more than week. has a kitchen with dishes, which was nice, but i was there on a short trip and would have preferred a traditional hotel room.

Attractive, clean, many amenities, and all staff members were very friendly and helpful. I've stayed here before for these reasons.

x at the front desk was very helpful and made me feel welcome. She found an amusement park for my kids and gave great directions to Little Pappacito's. We will stay here again when visiting nearby family.

Very comfortable bed. Staff wasvery courteous and helpful. Room adjoined our children's. The doors between rooms need more space to stay open. Very nice, attractive and clean. Staff were excellent; offered to print driving directions to our destination as well as gave perfect verbal driving directions. Convenient location to Galleria and downtown. Liked the parking garage.

Overall, the Galleria Garden was a very pleasant stay. The rooms were clean and upscale, and it was very quiet. My only problem was associated with check-in. The entrance was hard to find (I passed by it a couple times and the traffic was kind of heavy so turning around took some time.) Once I turned into the driveway I was faced with a gate with a call box. I pushed 0 several times with no response. Finally, frustrated, I was getting ready to drive off (I had been sitting at the gate for 4-5 minutes) someone walked out to my car and pushed the button to let me in the gate. He said that he saw me sitting there on the video monitor. Once I got in everyhting was fine. By the way, I went to a Mexican restaurant for dinner that was located adjacent to the hotel. The food was absolutely fantastic, the best I can remember.

The beds were very comfortable. More than any where else I've stayed. Fluffy pillows too and extremely clean. Had to pay for parking. Very pleased. Extremely comfortable beds, fluffy pillows. Very clean. Did not awake with allergy problems as usual in a hotel. Staff was very friendly also and provided a speedy check out. Will definitely stay there again.

The Galleria Garden has wonderful kind staff, but the furniture was worn, no television in the bedroom and a aged bathroom. But, the problem was if you back into the parking lot the lights are very bright and people pretty much fought throughout the night. The heating/cooling comes on each hour on the hour and it is very loud. You cannot sleep through all of the noise.

Nice loby, poolandrestaurant. Smaller rooms. This is a very well located new hotel with a nice lobby. Although the room was clean and comfortable it seemed a little small. Maybe next time I will try one of the suites offered here.

It was very clean and I felt very safe! I did not like the fact that it was totally smoke-free! The location was great! The hotel and the neighborhood were very clean and I felt totally safe even coming in at night from the parking garage. Anyone who wishes to stay in a totally smoke free hotel, this is the place for you but smokers, beware!

The Galleria Garden in HOUSTON, TX was very nice. The room was not very large, but was all we needed. It had a full kitchen, dining area, living area, private bath and bedroom. The bed was only a queen size but comfortable. There were several closet for hanging clothes, more than enough room. It was really close to the Galleria. Close enough to walk, which I really enjoyed. The manager was very helpful in any thing we needed.

Lobby area really looks great. Early morning (4:30 am) the water was shut down. Could not get dress for a event that morning. Never had an experience like that. The area was nice and so was the hotel. The hotel staff was very professional. Like I said, I never visited a hotel where there was no water early morning. I asked for towels. I got just towels. No wash clothes or hand towels.

Very comfortable bed. Have to pay for parking. This is a great hotel, with a marvelous staff. We particularly enjoyed the little shop, where we purchased ice cream. The room was so comfortable, we didn't feel like we had to go out and do something-we were content to stay in and enjoy the amenities.
