We've stayed here twice. Rooms are clean, location is good...close to turnpike and Ft. Washington State Park. Last time there were two events at the hotel, which were rather noisy. Can easily hear people in adjoining rooms.

Friendliness of the staff. Great hotel, only 2 years old, large rooms, excellent service.

With "Hilton" in its name I guess I expected more. We stayed here while in town for a wedding and I'm glad it was only one night. The bed wasn't hard nor soft, but was rather uncomfortable. The toilet had the last guest's remnents still in it if you know what I mean. There is no food served after 11AM on Sundays even though "Open for lunch!" signs are all over the grounds outside unless you want a 6.00 lean cuisine or Hot Pocket from the available pantry. The bathub is shaped like a U on the bottom and odd to balance in for a shower. There was air in the water pipes sending out a nice high pitched schrill when any room nearby used water. The toilet was not sealed right & constantly running, causing a noisy refill to happen every few minutes. The immediate area is under major road constrution and entrance to the hotel is more of a daredevil act than the simple act of making a turn. It is a good 15 minute trip to any decent restaurant from the hotel. Printing from the business center is almost impossible if you choose the wrong machine because the "remote printing" offered from the rooms takes precedence over you at the actual machine. If someone in a room prints documents and never shows up to get it, then your own document gets stuck forever in the print queue until those 5-10-15 rooms show up to get their stuff first. We almost couldn't print our boarding passes ahead of time. No free continental breakfast or to-go bags, but a 10 buffet is available. Oh and the elevators are tucked away in a really odd corner.

Large rooms. Everything was fine. Nice place. The room was very comfortable. Had enough space for 4 people. Friendly staff. I smoke, but don't like to smoke in the room. They had a nice place to sit outside.

The bed was so comfortable! Some of the staff were immature and chatted with other staff while waiting on me. I have stayed here twice now and love it every time. Its comfortable and convenient to major highways. I try to stay here every time I am in Fort Washington.

The convenience, quality of an onsite restaurant. Personable andhelpful desk reception. Nice big bed and great duvet but mattress was a bit hard and lumpy. The biggest surprise the American Grill restaurant on site. Good food and service-a real convenience to not have to go out looking for a place for dinner. Very friendly staff!

Front desk gave us driving directions to funeral; i.e. church, cemetery, etc. with in 3 minutes of request. Broken items in room reported asap, and not repaired during our stay. The check in/out was quick, and desk staff was friendly & helpful during very stressful situation. (We were there for immediate family funeral.) However, were very disappointed were charged for things we didn't receive, i.e. US Today, etc. The food was disappointing ($36.+) for breakfast, tasted as if had been sitting out and/or reheated from prior days.

Great breakfast. Very nice common areas. Transition from road hotel is on to their entrance is rough on your car. Hotel restaurant staff could be more attentive. Overall very nice. Not much in immediate surrounding area in terms of restaurants etc.

Great room, great staff exceeded our expectations. One error in room service - forgot 1 meal. Beautiful, clean, great staff and some construction on road immediately outside only difficulty.

Quick courteous check in and check out. Quick response to key problem. Smelled smoke coming from floor below and told staff. The hotel is convenient to the Turnpike, well appointed rooms. Easy check-in and check-out, courteous helpful staff made stay worry-free.

Room was well equipped. The cheerios under the hassock. The neighbors were loud, there was considerable activity on a Sunday night at midnight. This is inconsistant with a hotel in this area being that it is not a vacation area. I expect that the hotel staff needs to keep an eye on thingsa more closely.

Perfect location, clean, great room, nice TV/fridge, microwave-PERFECT. So popular that had to park a little further away than prefer at times. Had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for 2 nights-nice pool and spa, free internet and computer usage and printing, cookies at check-in, friendly staff, clean well-appointed room, nice linens-comfortable bed-AWESOME-perfect hotel.

Very comfortable bed and nice amenities (coffee pot, refrigerator, microwave). The hotel is very comfortable - very clean and pleasant. It is, however, located adjacent to a turnpike entrance which made the grounds and entrance less than desirable. Our room was quiet other than the chatty staff in the laundry room in the am tho this disturbance seemed to be more of a fluke - when confronted they were extremely apologetic and made sure to stay super quiet the next morning. Overall the stay was great.

The staff was very nice and welcoming. We also loved the cookies! When we checked in there were no rooms with double beds available; only rooms with a King size bed. Good value for the price. Clean hotel; friendly staff. The kids had a good time in the indoor pool and were able to get their sillies out. Everyone loved the warm cookies - homey touch!

It was much quieter than we expected and we were given free breakfast as we are Hilton Gold Noisy party at the hotel. When we arrived we discovered we were one of about 6 rooms that were not part of a group attending for loud band music. At midnight, the party was mostly downstairs. The only complaint we had was a neighbor with a loud TV. We were afraid we would get no sleep but were surprised that the halls were pretty quiet.

Cleanliness, pool, whirlpool, exercise room andfree parking. Nothing. Very convenient to the Turnpike and 309 Expressway. This hotel went under an incredible renovation. It looks nothing like it looked before when it was a Day's Inn, Cherry Tree In or The Sheraton. You're in for a nice surprise at The Hilton Garden Inn. Employees were friendly and professional. Would go there again.

Hotel is smoke-free and they accommodated our request for two beds. Disappointed in the restaurant. Not enough staff. Cheese left off the Philly cheese steak sandwich! We've stayed here several times and would recommend it highly. Pleasant staff that try to accommodate. Rooms have comfy beds and showers always have hot water. The pool is not big enough for laps. Hotel is right off the PA turnpike and with construction the area is not scenic.

Clean, seems new or newly remodeled. The access roads are under construction. We were very pleased with this hotel. It was good value, and a solid 3 stars. The restaurant served tasty food at a reasonable price. I would have liked a free breakfast.

This is a newer hotel & well maintained; staff are pleasant & accommodating. Insulation between rooms is poor-could hear people talking; no vent in bathroom. This hotel was a great new find for visiting our son at college. We didn't use the pool or restaurant, but might on another trip. Use of computer in the business room was convenient. The road construction on Rt 309 detracts from curb appeal, but the hotel itself makes up for that.

Room waslarge. Nice modern decor. Clean. Easy to adjust temperature setting. Also address was ambiguous. The hotel is really located on W. Pennsylvania Av. Quality of pillows, linens, mattress was very good and very comfortable!! Great modern decor and very clean!
