The facility was magnificent We have a toddler and an infant, both got sick, staff treated us poorly and was rude. the hotel was beautiful, however, we have an infant and a toddler, this was our family vacation, and both kids came down with a horrible stomache virus, it was so bad we almost had to take them to the hospital, and probaly should have looking back, but the staff was rude to us regarding our children, and the night before we were leaving after no sleep for 48 hours, the manager calls us up at 8pm, yes 8pm and said he was going to have to move us to another room. so not only did we have to pack up 2 sick kids, but all of our stuff twice within 16 hours of checkout. I will never stay at another hilton again for this reason alone, we usually stay at the Wyndam but we chose to use priceline for this trip, as we have done in the past without incident, and I know this isnt pricelines fault, and i will be contacting Hilton Corporate. I realize there are other people besides us staying there, but we were treated reallr poorly all around, and I must say, and I do not believe I am being presumptious in saying that because we got the room at a great rate, and because we chose to go through priceline and didnt pay full price I feel we we treated poorly and looked down upon. This hotel was the Hilton Garden Inn Fairfax VA. If you have children, do not go there. we own our own business and travel alot, and we dont use priceline all the time, so we pay full price for accomodations all the time, especially if we have stayed somewhere and liked it, as mentioned before, we love the Wyndham, but one was not available where we needed to stay, anyway I made my point

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and very nicely decorated. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on and the down pillows and comforter were heavenly. The staff were friendly and efficient. I will stay at this hotel every time I visit Fairfax.

As tourists from South Africa, we had to rely on internet ratings. Well done Hilton. Service was great, Assistance to foreigners, strangers in the area was excellent. This is value for money. Surely underrated. Thank you. Can recommend to any tourist and foreigners. we would love to be back a.s.a.p.

Very comfortable clean and close to great shopping and the new Udvar Hazy Air Museum. Wonderful free shuttle to Metro!! All the staff very friendly and helpful. The short order breakfast was great and the cook super friendly and kind!!

The room had a microwave and refer in the room. Nothing around the site to walk to and bathroom door opens out.

The front desk was extremely helpful. The daily cleaning staff and services were excellent.The room was very quiet and the bed comfort was luxurious. I slept extermely well every night. It was a great getaway and I will miss it!

I am so satisfied with the Hilton Garden Inn the beds were SO COMFY! The amenities were excellent! And they even called me prior to checkout to ask if there is anything else I would need! The greatest addition is the BUSINESS CENTER where they have everything to conduct business with free of charge.

The pool area is only open from 5 pm - 10 pm... (They say this is county law and they need a life-guard) We traveled during the week between Christmas and New Year's. You would think that the hotel would have made a change in their schedule and hire a daily life-guard for that particular week. In addition, on the 2nd day we were there, they drained and refilled the pool... so, it was now about 65 degrees. Not at all good for a family swim!!!! Check around... there are other hotels that offer 'during the day' swim time. Other than that, the staff was great and the hotel was well kept. DC is a beautiful place to visit with the family.

The room was extremely comfortable and the staff was very professional. Breakfast is overpriced. This hotel is very comfortable and the staff is very professional. The hotel is very clean and polished. The pool is small but was really fun for the kids. We felt very relaxed during our stay at this Hilton Garden Inn. I highly recommend it.

This hotel is convieniently located only 8 miles from Dulles Airport and a short trip to the Vienna, VA Metro station to Washington DC. The hotel has a free shuttle to the Metro station which makes it a good location for visiting Washington. (You can be in DC in about 40 minutes via the shuttle and the Metro.) The hotel is attractive, clean, a non-smoking hotel through out and with lots of free services as well. The rooms are attractive and well furnished. The dining room has good food with a breakfast buffet that is complete and reasonably priced.The hotel is located in a quiet business park just off Route 50 and near an upscale shopping center and other needed retail services.We would stay there again.

New, clean, bright, and fresh. 100% smoke free. Fantastic breakfast. Outstanding value. Strange location in back of an office park access road. One of the most pleasant experiences I've had in a mid-range hotel like this. Everything met or exceeded expectations. It was a perfect stay until the last night when some guests next door decided to party until 1:00 am, but management put an end to that as soon as we complained.

Everything at this hotel was quite nice. The front desk people were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and well organized. The bed was big, very comfortable, and modern. The bathroom was large and again clean and it had a detachable shower head. The room also had adjustable climate control that kept me nice and chilly on 94 degree days. The breakfast buffet was good and again the staff was very nice. This is very nice part of Virginia, and the whole stay was exactly what I wanted
