All the staff were cordial, courteous and very helpful. I can't think of anything I did not like. This hotel in the suburbs of Cleveland was a delightful oasis for me after a long drive. Good food, great room.

Good place to stay. Staff was friendly. We were in town for a wedding that took place about 10 miles away,the issue with location was that is was a bit hard to find. Even our GPS got confused. Otherwise, a great stay.

The staff the nightI checked in was wonderful, personable, made me feel at come! Can't think on one thing. It is super clean! Everything at your fingertips, I also by honest mistakingly took a wash cloth that I will pay for. I carry an old one with me to polish my shoes. Left in a hurry and grabbed it by mistake.

the good: the rooms and halls were very clean and being a newer hotel everything was up to date and very conveinet. nice pool, hot tub and first rate fitness center. the bad: the hotel is situated between the highway and an industrial park, so the views aren't very grand nor are there any restaurants conveinently located near by (and breakfast is $9.95). the hotel could also use a bigger sign at the entrance since we kept driving by. rooms are much smaller than i expected. major issue: the weekend we stayed there was also a wedding. the wedding party was extremely loud, running up and down, drinking and partying in the halls. multiple calls to the front desk produced no results. no efforts were made to remedy or apologize for the situation.

We booked the handicap accessible suite which was more than we hoped for. Extremely roomy, quiet, clean, comfortable. The restaurant on site was very good, especially for dinner and the continental breakfast and very reasonably priced. Darlene at the front desk offered excellent service, very knowledgable of the area, very caring. A GREAT experience!
