The Hilton Garden Inn Salt Lake City Downtown is a great hotel! It is updated to look beautiful. The beds are very comfortable and the duvets were a special added touch. The staff allowed us an early check-in as we arrived several hours earlier than we thought. Very Nice!

The front desk staff was well informed on dining. Breakfast buffet was not so good. I would stay here again. Perhaps use the buffet a bit earlier in the morning.

This property is pretty new - I think it opened in early 2007. Very clean and very friendly and helpful staff. The value of the room was reinforced when I needed to print up some customer hand outs and their business center had a great color printer that I used instead. This saved lots of budget money! They even serve fresh baked cookies in the evening. I plan to stay here again and again. They even have huge flat screen TVs in the rooms!

The Hilton Garden Inn in Downtown Salt Lake City was a great place to stay for my business trip. The hotel was geared for business travel and had an extreamly friendly and welcoming staff. The rooms were clean, confortable, and well appointed. The central location in the metropolitan area was a great plus.

Prompt service, very clean rooms. Wonderful hotel with great customer service. They were very understanding when my young child got sick in the hotel room, and they were very prompt in coming to clean it. They also helped us look up a nearby 24 hour pharmacy (we were visiting from out of state). The breakfast was delicious and made to order. Quaint little dining area with a nice variety of breakfast foods.

Clean hotel, excellent decor, friendly staff, excellent. Nearby area was a bit shady. Would not recommend walking through nearby park. Hotel and staff were perfect. Location is close to beautiful mall area and excellent family friendly restaurant (seafood market downtown). Go around the park to get to shopping/restaurants saw open drug use taking place and vagrancy there.
