The Hilton Garden Inn was in a great destination. The room was spacious and clean, the bed comfortable. The only complaint I would have is that the fan was loud, there seemed to be no way to turn the fan off without actually turning the A/C off. Location is wonderful, being close to the circle it was close enough to the things we wanted to see and do we could walk, even a 15 minute walk to the zoo. The staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast buffet was just what you need. Not massive, but not too small either. Your basic American breakfast fare; various cereal, fruit, yoghurt, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, various breads and pastries, sausage gravy, biscuits and a chef on hand to make French toast and omletes to your order. I would certainly consider staying here again.

Location. Staff very friendly and helpful and check in was quick and easy. The parking area for unloading was very inconvenient.

Located right downtown within walking distance of several great restaurants (St. Elmo, Mo's, Mikado) and bars (Slippery Noodle - the oldest bar in Indiana). Its a great value for a hotel of its caliber, at less than 200.00 per weeknight with valet parking.

The bartender/waitress was overwhelmed on our visit. Fortunately it is downtown Indy and there are many other eating and drinking establishments within walking distance.

I love the decor, the overall look, the cleanliness, the staff, the bed was to die for. It is just a very very nice hotel to stay in I recommend it. Great place to stay, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms very, very clean, beds are very comfortable, nice size bathrooms. I will definitely stay at the Hilton Garden again.

The hotel is lovely. Our room was spacious, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The dining room buffet breakfast was an excellent value, and the service was excellent. The staff was friendly, knowlegeable, and very helpful. The location cannot be surpassed for convenience, safety, and simple connections to transportation. We had a very relaxed, enjoyable stay and will definitely return there on our next visit to Indy.

Location! and the front desk people were very nice. The valet parking men were very rude. Those who weren't rude were very hard to understand a language barrier.

It was clean and very beautiful. The bedspread was all matted up inside. Several staff members could have cared less we didn't get the room we wanted. We were given complimentary breakfasts and an apology by a very nice staff member.

The front desk left us a voice mail thanking us for staying with them and offering to help us with any needs. Not enough towels in the room. This hotel was very nice. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The room was plenty big enough and included a microwave. The pool and hot tub were clean.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very small; there was a long line for breakfast. We ended up leaving after 15 minutes. If you are staying for a one night quick trip I would suggest this hotel. The menu is limited and seating is limited. The rooms are a little small but if you are staying one night you should be ok.

Superb room and outstanding service! I have stayed here other times and have yet to have something I don't like about this hotel. This price is extremely cheap for the quality!

The pool/hot-tub was great! TOO loud at night time. Something was making a clonking, bonking sound. A great hotel!

The room had an excellent view with big windows. Parking was an additional three dollars. Except for paying extra for parking, the Hilton garden inn was an excellent hotel.

The suite was awesome & flat screen TV's. The suite was very large, 2 flat screen tv's, microwave, fridge, everything! I would stay at this hotel again.
