The Hilton Hotel's staff is the worst I have ever seen or even heard of. They had hidden charges for everything (including $16 parking in their own lot). I will never stay at a Hilton agian. The room was small, the remote didn't work, and the bathroom was dirty.

Good location. The hotel is in a good location particularly to see a ballgame or basketball game, within walking distance of Gateway.

The stationary bike was an off brand that required complex programming that I could not make work. Neither could the engineer. So I moved to a different hotel.

The hotel was clean and modern, two requirements for me to have a pleasant stay. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The business center was well equipped. Although the neighborhood isn't one that I'd choose to hang out in, the property felt safe, and the rooms felt extremely secure. The hotel was relatively quiet, although I thought the walls were kind of thin (I'm a light sleeper so...) Unfortunately there was a rain delay for the baseball game across the street, which resulted in the game ending at 1:15am...complete with a 15-minute fireworks display!!! Colorful and exciting, but a little jarring at 1:15am! Overall I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely stay again.

Rooms are a good size and cleaned nicely. Bathroom is clean and nice size also. Lcd tv's in the king bed rooms are a nice feature. Nice desk area with internet capabilities. Bar and resturant downstairs is nice and food is good. Nice snack section in lobby. Nicest breakfast buffet I have had at a hotel, but it costs $10.95 per person and paying for parking stinks a little too. Those 2 should be included in room fee but other than that it is a very nice hotel and I had a wonderful stay there.

Pool/gym. Paying to park, dirty towel, bathroom did not work. I got the room at a great price, the people were nice that work here. I was disappointed because the hotel required you to pay for parking that was not cheap (in addition to the hotel room). The towels were dirty in my room, the toilet was broke, and the breakfast was nasty (and waitress was not really nice either). It was an okay stay. I thought it would have been a lot better, but it was okay.

We arrived a few minutes before 3 PM and no room was available. The desk staff held our bags and we went off to the Indian's game and dinner. When we returned at 8 PM they had given our (prepaid) room to someone else!!!! After much ado, they put us in a room that was being serviced - no phone, TV, or drapes, and we had to wait almost a hour for them to key our door. Everyone was very pleasantly apologetic but clueless. Our stay was for 1 night, August, 2008

The staff was professional, polite and very helpfull. The hotel is clean and well run. The dining room has great food and the service is wonderful. The rooms are clean, roomy and the beds are very comfortable. Everything is affordable. The location of the hotel was great for the sights that we wanted. The baseball field is across the street. The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Science Center are about a mile away and easily walked to. The lake front is in the same area and there is a lot to do. There are restaurants within walking distance, drug stores, banks etc. Everything on 9th Street which is the nearest corner just outside the door. Taxi's are available for a very reasonable price if you can't walk the 1.15 miles to the attractions. In all we had a great time and I would not hesitate to stay here again!

I liked having access to my car and in and out privileges in the parking lot. It wasn't the best location - pretty removed from downtown. This hotel was fine. It was clean and well-appointed. The parking is reasonable for city prices and you have easy access to your car in a parking lot rather than a garage. The hotel is not in a very convenient location and feels a bit isolated from the rest of the downtown. The staff was not particularly efficient or friendly but they were acceptable. Overall it was a very good deal.

This hotel had very bad service, the wait staff in the day was generally rude and unhelpful. One girl asked her boyfriend to stand in front her desk station so she would not have to help anyone in the line that was forming at the front desk. Housekeeping was even worse. We left the room at 8am and did not return until after 5pm. When we returned they had just began to clean our room. I have stayed at a lot of hotels but this Hilton was more trashy than Paris Hilton.

We arrived in town to attend the Cavs Magic Eastern Conference Championship game. The Garden Inn is only 2 blocks away from the venue.. couldn't have been easier and the Garden Inn is just a great place, clean and excellent staff. I do wish the onsite parking was a little cheaper. You have to purchase parking for 16.00. Across the street it's 5.00 I believe.

I bought a brick last Christmas for my son at Heritage Park at Jacob's Field. This weekend we flew here for a series with the Tigers. It was perfect. Absolutely perfect.

Location to the athletic facility. Coffee pot still had the used filter in it. Hotel was very nice but I didn't feel like using the coffee pot since it was dirty. It made me also wonder about how clean the bedding actually was.

I was pleasantly surprised that while vacationing with the family, I was able to get a report typed, printed and faxed. I did not plan on ""working"" while vacationing, but it happened when I could not get everything done at work before heading out. Now, I am so impressed and happy, I am actually writing this comment inside the hotel before we go on to our next vacationing stop.

Staff was very friendly. Overbooked on first night. The staff at the hotel was extremely accommodating and friendly. Unfortunately the hotel was overbooked for our first night and we were placed in a smoking room. The staff was able to move us to a non-smoking room the next afternoon, but we were already sick at this point.

This hotel was more than I expected. The rooms were very clean and and quiet. The location was very good as we went to a concert and were able to walk to it. The staff was very friendly and courteous. We enjoyed a drink at the bar and breakfast and were very pleased with both. I would stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel.
