Staff was very helpful and went above and beyond. The location was great and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They did everything they could to make it a wonderful experience.

Hotel located in a business park area. Very close to activities such as movie theaters, restaurants, and several bars. Staff extremely shocked me on how concerned they were with my stay and all aspects of the hotel. Room is very nice sized and no complaints. I will be suggesting this to anyone that goes to Jacksonville. I'll stay here again.

The Hilton Garden Inn was an extremely comfortable hotel. The staff are wonderful and make you feel at home. The hotel rooms themselves are so nice that you never want to leave them. The area surrounding the hotel is very nice as well. There are many resturantes with extremely good food, and reasonable prices. There are also many places to shop.

Served beer in lobby, friendly staff andnice clean rooms. Should have complementary bar in room. Very friendly staff. Right next to a movie theater and dozens of great restaurants. Clean rooms with refrigerators and microwaves. Very comfortible beds andnice gym and pool.

The hotel desk clerk was so knowledgeable and friendly when I checked-in 5-23-08 PM and doesn't have any idea where the wedding reception, church and the location of the bride's address. So she got me a mapquest info and it made my trip a lot smoother.

Clean, quality construction and furnishings. Bathroom door and closet doors conflicted, making it difficult to maneuver in this area.

Location. Forgetful staff; dirty appliances in room; noisy air units in room. I did not get a wake call as requested. I could not make coffee in the room due to dirty pot. Charged for breakfast. The air conditioning unit in the room rattled loudly. Poor night sleep.

Very good location and clean. Not friendly staff. The hotel was nice howeverI traveled with two older children and we got a king size bed. The staff would not work with us to get a room with twin beds or a cot. There needs to be a way to request twin beds.

Clean, friendly and accommodating! Slow elevator. This hotel is conveniently located in a good part of town with many close places to eat, drink and entertain oneself. The hotel is in good repair with cleanliness better than most. The staff was considerably friendly and helpful. In a day and age when customer service lacks on so many levels, it is refreshing to find it once again.

I am disabled, the accommodations were wonderful and the staff so helpful. The shower had no lip on it, and water went all over the bathroom floor unless we built a dam with towels. We came to Jacksonville for my elective surgery. We needed to stay in town for a week before my surgeon would let me travel. This was a beautiful hotel, the accommodations were excellent and we loved the furry mattress cover. Very comfortable. Great value.

Very good location. Exercise room needs an upgrade badly. The location was very good to the areas we wanted to see in JAX. Staff is very friendly. The exercise room is out of date, both treadmill and bike need upgrade badly. In my second day one of the treadmills was out of function. Rooms were clean. Liked the idea that they have guests laundry room. After a week of traveling, it was nice to do portion of the laundry there.

Housekeeping a++ most staff friendly. Breakfast & sundries very expensive no room service at this Hilton garden inn either. I know I was there during a holiday weekend. Just seemed that the hotel was missing its management / supervision. Lack of order, does that make sense?

Location. The room was awful and the mgr. Did not even attempt to make us happy. When we arrived we were assigned to a handicap room, which does not work with a family with small children. I asked the front desk and they said we are sorry but there is nothing we can do. So I asked for the mgr. I explained that we needed a room with a tub and he said his other customers that booked directly will be arriving soon and will be put into these rooms. Later we requested that somebody come and clean the shower head and they did not, so we were forced to go by cleaners and do it our self.

Parking convenience was excellent - personnel was extremely accommodating to us as adults and very tolerant of or youngsters - overall excellent! I cannot think of one single thing! This was the first hotel I have had the pleasure of using that did not overwhelm me with more 'helpful' accommodations than necessary. It was easy to get into and easy to get out of. The atmosphere was pleasant and the scenery was nice. Also, all outside activities and desires, such as restaurants and entertainment was basically in extremely close proximity. I thoroughly enjoyed the environment and will use that hotel again whenever I visit Jacksonville. And I will visit Jacksonville again!
