Spent some time with the family at the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the fact that the location was close to shopping centers and eating establishments. I rate our experience very high in comfort and enjoyment.

Amazing at how clean everything was! Nothing that I disliked. This hotel was incredible. The cost was very affordable and facility was extremely clean. My entire family felt completely comfortable. We loved that they accommodated us with a portable crib, fantastic.

after a 4 hour drive down to corpus, it was relieving to be able to check in litterally in a matter of seconds. (thanks orbitz) A simple swipe from the credit card for any charges that you make, begins the journey. We were set to go to the top floor (good view of the apartments next door) we walk down the freshly carpeted hallway to our room. swipe the keycard, and were in! Enter the room, everything is open, except for the bathroom, the bed is freshly made, pillows are fluffed, window a/c unit is set to 60 (as cold as it gets) The bathroom is 100% luxury, except for the toilet tissue is about 2 feet BEHIND you your right or left (depending on where you are in the hotel). you literally had to lean back, and stretch to grab the toilet paper. Very uncomfortable but im sure they did it so it doesn't stand out while you are in there. The complimentary shampoo and conditioner was neutrogena, VERY high quality. hair felt silky smooth after a long day in the salty water and sun. They also had complimentary lotion, and mouthwash in nice little bottles! (thats a new sight for me) we took an extra Vornado (fan) to put on the A/C unit to drop it down a few extra degrees, got the thermostat to read 55. Which when you are out on the beach for 5-6 hours, in 105 degree heat, it is remarkable to get in a freezing cold room. After a late night of having fun around town, eating an extravagent dinner at landry's, and feeling worn out. We eagerly approach the hotel. walk in the 55 degree room and jump on the bed, took a whole 2 minutes to fall asleep. The website lists the hilton garden in having a "sleep adjust bed" that to which i thought would be an adjustable bed of some sort. Maybe where the head leans forward, and the legs lift up, Or have an adjustable stiffness. But no, No adjustability at all. the only adjustment it had was between a rock and hard place (literally) After a long stiff night of sleep, we are awoken to maid services trying to get in our room at around 8:30. the s

Clean and modern like most Hilton Garden Inns. What can I say? It was a Hilton Garden Inn. A nice, clean, modern hotel, geared for business travelers. No surprises--no disappointments.
