The overall stay was very nice. The only complaint I would have is that there was one somewhat noisy night due to a junior high age girls volley ball team that was running around the halls until late. Other than that, the stay was nice and the kids loved the pool!

Very clean and fresh. The pool had a lot of chlorine. My husband and I wanted to get away for a short weekend. It was a very nice place. The food was delicious. We had a fun weekend. We spent most of our time watching TV and relaxing, it was perfect for that.

Expensive camera equipment stolen from room by housekeeping or maintenance staff. Hotel manager won't return phone calls and hotel insurance won't pay to replace! Breakfast is super expensive - not worth the money. Wont stay here again!

We loved our room. It was very clean, and the hotel was very quiet. The pool was very nice and the water felt wonderful. It was a treat to swim in the winter.

Hotel was right off the highway in a nice area. The hotel room was big, very clean and well apointed with a big desk for work and vary comfortable arm chair with ottoman. The bath area was very nice and came with a full array of toiletries. There was also coffee and a fridge in the room as well as a high speed internet connection and playstation for gamers. Dinner was only available as room service but the food very good, fast, and reasoably priced, wine was not on the menu but is available. Complementary breakfast buffet was great to get you out the door. There was a TGI Fridays type of resturant walking distance from the hotel(2 blocks). I would definatly stay here again and look for this chain to stay in when i travel in the future

Very quiet and pleasant. One desk clerk was not always readily available during her shift - not as friendly as other personnel. We loved the fact that it was in a nice area and the hotel was quiet. The comfortable lobby was utilized by us on a nightly basis and was never crowded. The fresh baked cookies were a big hit with the kids and adults!

The Hilton Garden Inn Dublin/Columbus Ohio was quite a surprise. The room was large and comfortable. The house staff was very accomodating in supplying additional towels and pillows. The 24/7 gift/snack shop was very convenient. The complimentary breakfast was satisfying also convenient. Obtaining a late check out to accomodate my air travel was a breeze. I look forward to staying there again on my frequent visits to Dublin Ohio.

The hotel was a little difficult to see from the road, but was worth the wait. The entrance was nicely decorated for the Holiday Season and the clerk was friendly. Our room was nicely appointed and the bed comfortable. The next day the check-out was effortless. We will stay there again.

All of the staff at this hotel were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The pool temperature was too warm - more like bath water. The HGI is a great hotel with very comfortable beds. The staff always had an answer for all of my questions and done everything to make our stay a wonderful experience. The only thing that I wasn't happy with was the pool temp. I enjoy a refreshing dip in a pool that is cool but not cold. I would of liked to try the free fresh baked cookies they served in the evening but my schedule kept me away at that time. This is truly a great hotel!

Staff was superb! I had a medical emergency while staying at the hotel - my wheelchair broke. The manager at the front desk was able to locate a wheelchair for me to use during my stay.

So very clean, fabulous decorating, upscale for the money. All was good. This is an excellent choice for the business traveler. The staff was so very friendly, the rooms are beautiful and the breakfast was perfect. What more could I want except to stay there again and again when in the area on business.

Staff we friendly, room was clean, nice products in bathroom, fridge, and microwave Hotel was loud, beds small and not comfortable, grout in bathroom was gross, door had gap at top, allowing noise to enter room Hotel had a wonderful staff, with quick check in. The general areas of the hotel were kept well. However the hotel needs better soundproofing, cleaner grout in the bathroom, the door was not flush at the top, where there was a gap which allowed noise to enter the room. The location was good right off of I 270.

Convenient location for where we needed to be. The pool and hot tub was closed for renovations. The rooms were nice, comfortable and clean. Hotel over all appearance was good other than the parking lot was not cleaned real well, (a lot of snow the day before). The pool and hot tub was out of order for painting.

Good hot tub/spa and pool. My bathroom ceiling was leaking a bit from above. I decent business travelers or family hotel. Some parts a bit old. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pretty good location - well situated but a bit difficult to find the first time.
