Don't let the name fool you - this hotel is not in the city centre, although a street-car out the front can take you there (about 2km). It's in a fairly run-down area. Our room was comfortable but the hotel was tired and in need of renovation. Breakfast (included) was only just OK. We did have a nice surprise in finding a deserted guest laundry which was not in the Hotel Services Directory.

Nothing! noisy, dirty, smoking in non-smoking rooms. Its existence. The hotel is a poorly managed hotel. Everything smells from room furniture to the beds. Pool and Gym not accessible due to renovations, something the hotel and Priceline failed to warn me about. They charged me for an extra night of stay, which is unfair. Experience was really bad. I've booked with others before and will continue booking with them. Priceline should do a lot of hard work before people like me will ever consider doing business with it again.

Very well priced hotel within $10.00 ride from the Via Rail Station. Free use of business centre, plus free breakfast, although a little sparse!, made this a comfortable and friendly hotel in which to stay.

watch out for the parking rate of 30.00 about the same as renting a car for a day, best rent car near hotel then drop off every day to avoid parking charges

good hotel for a good rate

Location only. Under construction un organized. Bed was very hard, room was clean, Shower was noisy and temp fluctuated, under construction lobby a mess staff was poorly organized and parking at 28 dollars was much too expensive.

this is a decent hotel in a older, starting to be rundown type of area. This area was safe, but not the greatest for families.Rooms, etc, etc were good.

This hotel had unique rooms that were a surprise. It only had valet parking at $30 per night. At first we had difficulty finding it, as the signage is all for Hilton Garden Inn - not the name we were looking for. It was under an amazing amount of construction. We got 2 penthouse suites, however, that were in good shape with no noise, a pull out sofa, kitchenette, jacuzzi tub and loads of space. It was a great.

Hotel was great. Location was good. Service was good and responce to problem was great. Food not so good. Was issued 3 breakfast vouchers and only used the 1st one. I was very pleased with the check in and everything worked perfectly re prepaid booking.

Frig, microwave QBeds & sofa bed - plenty of room. Park car & get an all day (8 family transit pass @ subway & ride the trolley, subway, & buses. Go west to Eaton centre - catch the subway. Don't go east of the hotel - red light district but I never had any problems. Restaraunt with great service & great food. Breakfast (free) included sausage, boiled eggs, & traditional breads, fruits, & cereal. Ignore person @ travel desk. They just want to sell you expensive tours! Souvenir shop was reasonable. Small problem with the room (our fault) was fixed immediately.

Internet, restaurant. Renovations! Ugly looking lobby due to renovations, expensive parking. Very nice exterior, ugly lobby due to renovations, slow elevators, expensive parking 30$ night. Internet connection was a good thing, restaurant was good as well butI really wishedI was foretold about the renovations.

Acceptable hotel at a reasonable price; five-minute walk from the heart of the city. In an area that's a skid row in the midst of urban renewal and gentrification, but we felt completely safe walking there at night. The only room available was on the smoking floor. Also, when I got there their secure parking lot was full, and they sent me to another open lot just as close. However, it was a bit of a hassle the next day when I went to check with them on whether or not I could move it to the secure lot.

The valet and houskeepers were very polite and helpful. I would not recommend this hotel. The bedding was dirty and there were stains on the furniture. The sofa was horrible, not comfortable at all.

The airport bus does not even stop near the hotel. Cars broken into right outside of the hotel. Hallways smell like a Hockey Locker room.

The pull out couch was awesome! It was under construction so there wasn't really a lobby and the hotel was all torn up. Considering the hotel was under massive construction, the staff was very friendly. The extra pullout couch was a definite bonus!

Courteous service. It was under construction; no pool, no fitness facilities, only valet parking was available for $28 per night.

The staff were not accommodating or professional. The hotel was under construction. The front desk service staff were rude and impatient. It took 30 minutes of us waiting in the lobby (also under construction) to get our car from the valet parking attendant. The staff wouldn't let us go get our vehicle, and as a result, we were late for our scheduled outing.
