The stay we had was very comfortable and very convient to get to downtown chicago. Liked the shuttle service very much, everyone was very friendly and made us feel right at home. Hotel room was very clean and the staff did not bother us at all when we had our do not distrub sign on. all and all great stay

The whole hotel was really pretty and very clean. The staff was extremely helpful! The general area was a little scary since we were not using the airport and had to drive around. I would really recommend this hotel. It was a great deal for the price! The only drawback was it did not have a free continental breakfast.

I have been making regular trips to the Chicago area for the past 10 years. Having been shut out of my normal hotel in the loop, I chose this one. The staff was EXTREMELY friendly & helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed 4 nights. Room size was good and the place was clean. Staff was helpful. On-demand shuttle bus and CTA rail (with visitor pass) worked out great. Toured mainly the downtown area and no cars were needed. Should be aware that the commute to downtown was about an hour (including the shuttle time) and the room walls could be 'thin' when the hotel was full. Otherwise, highly recommended.

Clean. I didn't like that Parking was charge for my credit card with out telling me until i got a bill under the door.

We were in town for a wedding in the Southside area. The hotel was a great location. Early check in was great, our flight arrived at 9am and were in our room before 10am. Very helpful. The hotel parking was safe, everything was great. Next time we visit family in the Southside of Chicago we would stay here again.

We had reservations at a different hotel that would not accomodate us with early check-in so before we drove to Chicago, I called looking for another hotel. This hotel was extremely helpful and welcoming on the phone so we changed our reservation. Service was excellent, room very nice, clean, but biggest asset is the front desk staff. Went out of their way more than once for us. Pool area nice, but pool is very small. Business center nice and helpful. This would be my first choice on this side of town.

Staff was friendly, had lifting equipment instead of just cardio, whirlpool. Pool area closed at 11, too many kids,needs 18 over hours for pool area. The hotel was clean, the staff friendly, pool area defiantly needs adult hours. $10 a day parking for your car.

HIlton Garden located near airport, has shuttle to airport and then train downtown--3 day visitor's pass is 12, hooks up with free trolley downtown which takes you all over. Boat tour is a must!

Room. Paying for parking plus tax. The hotel was nice and the other group of people that I came with were in the same location. Not the same hotel but very close. I did not like that we had to pay for parking including tax for parking (why is there tax on parking). Also when I checked in they just asked me did I drive and to put a pass in the window. Not telling me that I will have to pay at the end of my stay.

Nice, clean room, good view and wasnot noisy. The bed was kind of hard, the downtown Hilton Garden beds were the best. I don't know why any hotel would charge you for parking. I feel that a cheap way to gauge the customer.

Friendly staff when we arived. The restaurant staff was overworked two many tables to look after. The shuttle personnel and the front desk personnel were very good, and helpful. The restaurant staff, (we had 3 meals during our stay) over worked they had 1 staff looking after the tables, the bar and helping to get orders together in the kitchen. That then goes to poor service at the table.

The presentation of the room. There is unlimited time on the use of the computers in the business room. I liked the hotel, the staff that checked me in were involved in a conversation while I was signing my paper so that seemed a little unprofessional. There should be a time limit on the use of the computers in the business room as there were children playing on the computers, although, the staff did give me the option to use the computer behind the desk, this was not something I wanted to do.

Clean and new. Very nice room and they added free internet for 24 hours. No free breakfast. Coffee was free. Good place to stay for business or to visit friends and family in the area. Clean with very nice furnishings. Hot tub and pool small but clean and Hot. I would recommend.
