This hotel is in the heart of the down town Montreal area and was the perfect location for us to attend the annual Jazz Festival. We were within walking distance of great shopping & dining.

Friendly staff. Very nice, clean room, great location. Our vehicle would not fit in the underground parking garage because of the car-top carrier, so parking was a problem. Pool could have been cleaner.

We requested to be downstairs and they put us upstairs. The mattresses were hard and the blanket on my bed was sticky and dirty. We did not get a good night's sleep. They refused to give a discount or refund.

The bell boys were very helpful and very respectful. Breakfast wasn't free and hot. The hotel was very clean but again for the price that you pay parking and breakfast should have been included. The room cards kept failing which was very frustrating.
