Stay for my birthday weekend front desk was not organized didn't have my check in slip ready was charged more to my credit card than reservation online two weeks later not charged had guest visit no one at front desk greeted them just ignored them that's not safe anyone could have been stalking me the hallway was very hot wasn't what I expected for the rate with a dirty pool couldn't even get in too filthy

I stayed on a weekend and found the hotel to be a very quiet place. The room was clean and spacious.

Convenience to airport. The floor lamp was broken and the front desk was not willing to take of it until the next day (and we would be gone). The hotel is well located to the airport and clean and comfortable. The floor lamp in the room was broken and the front desk's response was that they would take care of it the next day, which did not help us at all. The sound insulation between rooms seems poor -- both my traveling partner and I were awakened by yelling children from 4 a.m. To 6 a.m.

The airline had trouble with our flight and they put us up in this hotel. It was very clean, staff was friendly and had a security guard. The room was very nice and the bed was so comfortable. I would stay there again if I ever have to go to Houston.

The Hilton at IAH was very comfortable and very quiet being so close to the Airport. The food in the restraunt was very good the service a bit on the slow side.

The location was easy to find, great hotel with lots of amenities. The atmosphere was great, front desk was very helpful and friendly. We had a great stay!

Being a Memeber of the Military, the Airport Staff was given tickets for being an over night travelors, the services was well worth it. Once I found out the regular price of the hotel, i was surprise. Thanks to the Airport Staff for making the Military comfortable.

Other than it was not in the Woodlands, my first choice, it was just a wonderful, clean, attactive hotel. Not in the Woodlands where my businss was.

We had a reservation problem and all they had left were smoking rooms (which I think they should just get rid of completely). It was as pleasant as a smoking room can be. To compensate us for the inconvenience, the front desk staff gave us tickets for full breakfast for each morning of our stay. Front desk staff could have handled completely differently but they were great and recommended restaurants too.

Buffet breakfast was very good. Buffet breakfast was a bit expensive. Good location, beautifully decorated and a pleasant place to stay. Staff was extra nice and helpful.
