Exactly what you would expect from a Hilton Garden Inn. Met the brand standards, including room amenities and facilities. Couldn't ask for more from a reasonably priced hotel.

Great bed, wonderful pillows, spotless room. Should have exhaust fan in bathroom, and it should be on a separate switch. Comfortable, restful, convenient and great that it has a restaurant - one that actually serves real food.

We chose this for a quick overnight to Boston - close to the city, but not in the city. The facility was clean, modern. We could see the Burlington Mall from our room, and the freeway was close by, but not too close by. We had trouble with noisy guests at night, and it took two calls to the front desk to resolve, but they did resolve it - and provided us with coupons for free breakfast the next morning, and a gift card to Borders, for our trouble. The kids liked the cookie jar at the front desk. The indoor pool was big, clean, warm. Speedy wireless Internet, hefty enough to handle three of us on our laptops at once. The fitness room looked adequate, though we were not there long enough to use it. We have had good experiences with several Hilton Garden Inns, and would recommend this facility to fellow travellers.

The Hilton Garden Inn was by far the nicest Hotel I have ever stayed at in my 50 years. I highly recommend this Hotel. The Staff from the maintaince, to resteraunt, to checking were all very nice. Everyone made it feel like home. The rooms as well as the resteraunt were very clean. The Cleaning staff deserves a Bonus for Superb Work. We Thank You very much.

Beautiful property and service, good location, fabulous price. Nothing. It's great. Will stay there every time I am in Boston. This is absolutely the best deal in the city.

My mom had an all day testing session at the Lahey Clinic...and this hotel was a welcome refuge. Sparkling clean, with a HUGE pool and great staff...I would stay there again!

The room at the Burlington Garden Hilton was spacious and comfortable. The revolution bed is SO COMFORTABLE that I wish I could take it home with me! I love the Olympic size swimming pool that is heated year-round and open from early to late. The staff is professional and accommodating. It is beautifully appointed. We will stay there every time we visit family and/or do business in the Boston area.

Private, accommodating. Did not live up to its description of modern and updated with a 27 inch widescreen hi-def TV. It was nice for our purposes, but the descriptions of it on its webpage were misleading.

Wonderful weekend. We are coming to stay again for a Red Sox game in town

Our stay was fine except for 3 issues: one, we couldn't find the hotel & the staff at the front desk whom we called for directions was completely unhelpful. We were lost for 45 mins trying to find the hotel & that's not unacceptable after havning been in the car for 5 hrs from NJ to Boston. Two, the pantry was not well stocked. Three, the pool was not heated & there was no whirlpool. My husband waited all day to soak in the whirlpool, only to find there wasn't one.

Staff was friendly. Was charged for the newspaper unless I returned it myself. Front desk staff was friendly during check in/out. Cleaning ladies did a good job every day. Side door was conveniently located so we didn't have to go through the front door every time we went in or out.

I found this hotel perfect! It is in a perfect setting close to many restaurants and a mall. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back

The hotel was well located. The room smelled like smoke. Well located, but the room smelling like smoke was a major turnoff. The experience wasn't a good one.

This was a very nice hotel, although not easy to find. The entry to the bathroom needs attention. The tackless strip for the carpet goes across the entrance to the bathroom and sticks out enough that bare feet can feel it when going into the bathroom. This can be fixed. Very nice hotel and would stay there again.

Met all of my expectations as a Hilton. Walkway between the pool & main building was inappropriately locked. Excellent experience & location.

Comfortable, quiet, and really nice place. No free breakfast. Clean, well lit, comfortable. Free internet. Unexpected restaurant with good selection and pretty late hours . Good bed. Great shower. Well lit bathroom but could a used a fan. Excellent buy. Strongly recommended. Well lit and free parking. A place to sit outside and smoke. Free newspaper. Class act.

Excellent facility. Newly decored. Beautiful setting. Convenient to Boston. I have recommended this facility to friends. We were very pleased and will stay in this facility when traveling to Boston from western Massachusetts where we live. Exceeded our expectations in all areas.

Loved having a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Hated the too firm mattress and too fluffy pillows (needed to be more firm). Restaurant service stank for Sunday brunch. Overall it was nice, I'd stay again. Though I did hate that firm mattress, and I'll never eat at the restaurant, no one understood what I wanted (language barrier) and the service stank overall (for the restaurant, not the hotel). I would recommend it though and stay again if I had to. The refrigerator & microwave were great to have since I was traveling with my 19 month old daughter, and hubby who likes his midnight snacks.
