Very ordinary, seemed understaffed, phone calls typically went to hold, no one at desk at times, tough to get early check-in. Staff polite, room adequate. Very small pool and health club.

Cleanliness of room and customer service. Breakfast was expensive. My family and I came to Baltimore Inner Harbor for a short vacation, and loved the stay at the hotel. The kids loved the room and beds. The breakfast was expensive in the hotel, but there are many other places to eat besides the hotel restaurant. Also, the beds were extremely comfortable. Sheets and comfortable added to how comfortable the bed was.

Holtel staff was very helpful,Rooms were very good,very clean,matresses among the best I have used anywere. Close to atractions such as Inner Harbor and Camden Yards Ballpark Easy drive to both with out the crowding of being in-town.

I would stay here everytime I'm in town. It was a bit pricey for one nite but the staff and rooms were worth it. The bath towels were super! They were actually thick enough to absorb the water after a shower, unlike most hotels. My mother was even satisfied! Nice place, very convienent location and always had hot coffee! Highly recommend it for a comfortable stay.

Easy access to BW Parkway one exit south of Baltimore Beltway; Quiet location with Bob Evans Restaurant adjacent to hotel; Didn't realize the continental breakfast was additional fee ($10.95 per person); Great indoor pool with jacuzzi; Staff were all very friendly and helpful

My family and I stayed on 8/16 -8/18/2008. Beautiful, clean, very nice rooms, and staff was great. Only draw back was, only 2 places close to eat. Ruby Tuesday & Bob Evans, however we did not eat at the resturant in the hotel because of my kids. Long story. LOL. there is also a Moive theather within walking distance. Nice location over all. About 1/2 hours from DC & 10 mins to the Harbor. Very good choice. Would come back.

The mattress was amazingly comfortable, the television stations were easy accessible, the WIFI was quick and helpful when needed for business. The hotel has a delicious restaurant with room service. Though the noise of the semis going to the IMF (incoming mail facility) behind the hotel is loud at times, the facility is quiet enough for a peaceful rest. I will be staying there again this weekend.

Wonderful hotel!! Loved it!! I have a little one and he NEVER sleeps and yet he was out like a light in their beds & it was the best sleep I have had in a long time also. When I arrived I needed to check in early due to my little one and they accommodated me without question. Very helpful and friendly staff. The pool is open til 10 p.m which was wonderful. The fitness center was nice and clean. I didn't have breakfast their but it looked fresh and yummy. What more can I say, Oh yes the bathroom is a nice size and clean, they have pillows of all different textures and the comforters where super soft.They are also a wi-fi hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for you get what you pay for. I will be staying here again when I visit my little bro in Maryland again.

Asked twice, morning and evening, for a blanket to replace the hot and heavy comforter and never got one. Complained twice about the noisy A/C fan that would not cycle off, and was basically told that I didn't know what I was talking about. Impossible to achieve a comfortable temperature. "Foamy" bed deformed into a hole. Front desk referred our party to local restaurant (Snyder's) that served cold food very slowly (although the prime rib was tasty). Van driver was helpful, friendly and timely.

Easy access, good breakfast, well lit parking area. Not helpful on Sunday morning regarding wake up call. Hotel was fine. The lady behind the counter offered a wake up call and then a second just in case. However they never called. So, whenI woke up at seven, we were to late to catch our flight. We had to pay extra through the airline to rebook the flightI will take some responsibility however, in thatI failed to set the alarm on my cel phone.

Very nice rooms and great service at an affordable price. We arrived very late and local services were closed. This hotel offers a nice pantry with soups and snacks you can prepare in your room. Highly recommended and would return again.

The staff were very friendly and courteous and the hotel and room were very clean and beautiful. I felt that the pool and jacuzzi were a bit small considering the size of the hotel, other than that everything was excellent. I would stay in this hotel anytime I was visiting the Baltimore area again. I also would recommend this hotel to any family and friends. It was overall a very nice experience.

When we arrived at the hotel everyone was very friendly. They said they needed to put a credit card on the room just incase we were to break anything. I put my credit card on thinking that we're not gonnna break anything, so they'll be no charges on it. The next day my bank account is -50$. I have a 50 dollar charge from the hotel. When I call them, they rudely let me know that there is a sign on the desk that states they will be charging a 50 fee and then it will be put back on my card after a few business days. No one ever told me this policy, or even made me aware that there was a sign SOMEWHERE on the desk. This wasn't the only problem we had at the hotel. Their customer service and people skills are horrible making me not happy with anyone working there. Even though we did have a few bad incidents, they were very willing to give me 2 dollars back when the soda machine ate my money.
