We stayed at this hotel just by the Atalanta airport on our way to a vacation in the Caribbean and it was a perfect start to our holiday. The reception area was welcoming and the staff very courteous. The room was beautiful, spacious and extremely clean and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast is exceptionally good for a hotel chain. We would not hesitate to stay in a Hilton Garden anytime.

The fact there was breakfast. You had to pay for breakfast. OverallI was there for one night and it was very close to my favorite seafood restaurant.

We utilized this hotel for its access to the airport and the fact that it offered 24 hour shuttle service. We were told the morning shuttle arrived at 6:45 AM so we were waiting with our bags at 6:25. At 6:43, a large airline crew came down and when the shuttle pulled up we were told that there was no room for anyone but the crew and that we would have to wait for the 7:15 shuttle which would make all of us have to rush to catch our flights. While the shuttle driver indicated he would hurry back to get us, we were still angry that we had planned ahead only to be told we could not get on the shuttle. When my husband went into speak with the front desk he was told that the shuttle was not their issue since they were under different management. When he asked for the manager, the front desk rep SLOWLY walked into another office and then came back and said he would call a cab for us. In the meantime, the security guard had called the police who made a "passby" to ensure that we were not a ROWDY crowd (we had our two children with us). One cab arrived which we gave to the gentleman in the most hurry. NO concern was showed at all by the hotel staff for our situation. The shuttle finally made it back and we were told that the driver had voiced concern the prior night that only one shuttle was running on a typically busy Sunday morning but was told to be quiet. He also said that he was under the employ of the hotel. This ruined an otherwise good experience and we would not stay at this hotel again.

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn based on the Hilton reputation. It was also convienent to the Airport and downtown. While there, we went on the CNN Studio tour and to the Georgia Aquarium. Both were great. Plenty of restaruants to choose from and not far away. We liked the location because it was out of the mainstream atmosphere of downtown Atlanta. We will most likely stay at this hotel again as we enjoyed the friendly staff, the restaruant/bar within the hotel and the location.

Good location-very close to ATL. A good hotel in a good neighborhood very near to Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.

Upon arrival, the staff pretended to be so busy that they couldn't see anyone standing less than 3 feet away on the other side of the counter...it was down hill from there. The next day, the housekeeping staff slipped a card under the door before 9am saying they were unable to clean the room out of respect for patrons privacy (the do not disturb sign was on the outside of the door), after going downstairs to purchase items from the pantry, the second evening, again the staff pretended to be too busy to acknowledge items placed on the counter to purchase ( that must be a prerequsite for employment). The final day there, housekeeping knocked on the door around 10am and was asked to come back later, the front desk called around 11am and asked if we were checking out, well duh checkout is at 12 and the room was already paid for until then...what a bunch of idiots.

Great Staff - very friendly and helpful. Pool was not heated. The hotel was clean and very quite. The staff was excellent as we had a few issues with small children and they went out of their way to accommodate us.

Hotel is very clean. Rooms are large. Staff is very friendly. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Very convenient to ATL. There is only one restaurant, a Ruby Tuesday, nearby. So for dinner, one has to drive a bit.

The rental car companies at the airport had no idea where the hotel was, so couldn't give directions. Once there, finding a parking place to check in was impossible; the area was covered by the hotel's own buses. Check-in was quick and straightforward, and the staff knew what they were doing. The restaurant and bar are not separated from the lobby, so they're a bit noisy, but the food quality was adequate, and drinks were well made. Prices are average. There appears to be a good attempt to accomodate the business traveler with hook-ups in the rooms and some services available. Unfortunately, there was a wedding party that went on most of the night I stayed there, and that diminished an otherwise reasonably satisfactory stay.

Quiet but convenient to airport. Desk clerk gave me wrong directions to airport. We live 2 hours from Atlanta and had to be at the airport at 8 Sunday morning. Traffic up there can be an obstacle, so we thought it safest to spend the night before. The neighborhood around the airport is kind of dicey, so safety was a concern. We were very pleased with our lodgings. The hotel was spotless, very quiet, and we never saw anyone on the premises that didn't look like they belonged there. The only problem I had was with the desk clerk giving me bad directions to the airport.

The hotel is very nice (and safe). The cooling system in our room was not up to par, but due to an early flight, we did not notify the staff. Otherwise, the hotel was great and at a good price to us of *; had a microwave, coffe maker, and refrigerator. The restaurant is a bit overpriced for the food that was served to us, but basically it was a good meal.

Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta Airport was very comfortable and clean. The location was very good for my convenience. I usually travel for business and I will consider this hotel for my next trip. The room service was excellent and the food was good.

Comfortable and good breakfast. Ceilings and my vent in bathroom needed repairing. I love staying at the Hilton garden inn. It is the most comfortable hotel as far as bedding, I have ever stayed in. The buffet breakfast is awesome.

Enjoyed the breakfast! The room was very comfortable. Overall, it was a great option, especially for the price!

I checked in late and requested a late check-out they were very firm and didn't seem like they checked anything and said no. The staff was not very friendly. I am not sure I would recommend another stay to anyone for this hotel especially when I thought I was paying for much more that I got.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable and transport to and from the airport good, although not very frequent around 6.00 am (the option was for 5.45 (too early) or 6.15 (perhaps a bit tight for a 7.45 am flight as there's always the risk it could be late). The most disappointing thing was the eating area and the very limited menu of fairly average food. There wasn't really an option to eat elwewhere unless you had transport and plenty of time. The closest restaurants are not within walking distance. This is a good and relatively inexpensive option if you need to stay at the airport in Atlanta overnight. The food is adequate but not 'fine dining'.
