convenient to airport/meetings held near hotel.

Since writing my below review on the showers, the GM contacted me apologetically and admitted that the hotel was built with defective shower controls resulting in too-cold water temperatures. She even offered some compensation for the inconvenience. All the shower controls are being replaced and by this time I expect the problem is solved. Other than this issue, nothing was wrong with the hotel.

Would not return to this hotel, as there are several others in vicinity. Not impressed with the food, the staff. Bathroom shower very poor. I've stayed at quite a few Hilton Garden Inns, and this has to be one of the worst in that franchise. Also, what's with the bar closing at 10 PM?

Just finished a 10-night stay here. Nice place and friendly staff and really close to the airport. But the water temp was lukewarm, at best. I mentioned this to the staff and they said numerous others had the same complaint but it was just the way it was. They didn't have any comment cards so I e-mailed the General Manager. As of this time, she hasn't even bothered to respond, so I guess they don't care. In any event, I'd avoid this place in the winter if you want a hot shower.

I would definitely recommend this hotel for a trip to Dallas/Ft. Worth. The hotel is located close to the airport and is central to both cities. There are gas stations and restaurants close by as well as a great restaurant on location. The room was very clean and the staff extremely helpful and friendly. The whole hotel was very clean!
