The wonderful down comforters, soft mattress pads, and duvet covers. Lack of continental breakfast. I love the duvet covers over the wonderful down comforters. I am comforted by the fact that the duvet covers are changed between guests so they're nice and clean. Love the coffee and tea in the beautifully decorated and inviting lobby.

The staff was wonderful. The guest manager did all she could to ensure that our stay was pleasant. I would definately recommend this hotel over the others in the Portland Airport vacinity.

Very helpful front desk staff. Located very close to airport. Not much in the immediate area with regard to restaurants. A typical Hilton property: You know what to expect the moment you arrive. Very clean rooms and public areas. Knowledgeable front desk staff. Excellent business center (all the needed office equipment). Adequate exercise areas with pool and Jacuzzi. Great location if PDX is in your plans. Overall, very good (as expected).

We choice this hotel because of price and closeness to the airport. We didn't expect anything special. We were pleasantly surprised. The hotel was very clean and in good shape. The room and amenities were wonderful. Use of the business center was free. And most importantly, the staff (on all shifts) was friendly and courteous.
