Service staff have always been friendly at this hotel. Like the Business center. Even though they were replacing the carpet on the upper floors, everything was kept clean and neat. I didn't have to dodge/avoid workers.

I liked the ambiance of the hotel, the cleanliness & openness of the lobby. The noise and construction on my floor, too loud and annoying for the price. This was a very nice Hilton, liked the lay out of the hotel, very roomy, conference room was very roomy and nice. Beds were comfy as most Hilton's are. There was construction going on on the 6th, 7th & 8th floors of which we had to step over some stuff, move out of the workers way and the construction was loud, should have offered a discount for those of us staying on those floors. Won't be staying again if construction is still going on! The buffet style of diner had most of the people staying there rather confused, didn't get what I ordered, but it took so long to get someone to bring us our bill that it wasn't worth mentioning since I was in hurry to get done so I could get ready for business class that was held in conference room.

The Hilton Garden Inn is a loveley hotel with spacious lobbies. It was so nice to sit in the evenings and talk with my family in our own little nook in the lobby. The atmosphere was charming and luxurious without an ounce of pretense. The staff was friendly and accomodating, and always greeted us as if we were a part of their hotel family. The room was beautiful. The king size bed was heavenly! The view from the 8th floor is beautiful, and the climate control was easy to use and accurate. The bathroom was immaculate, with plenty of shampoo, soap, lotion, mouthwash AND towels! The water pressure in the shower was perfect as well. The room was very spacious and felt more like a studio apartment than a hotel room. The walls weren't thin, and although we were very close to the airport, noise was never an issue.

Nice business desk in the room and exercise room. Lousy TV, the one in my garage has a better picture! Not worth price.

(I rate this a ""5"" -- not against Ritz-Carlton but among Marriott Courtyard, Embassy Suites, etc.) You have choice of a two-room suite or a conventional room. Cordial, helpful front desk staff. Nice little ""convenient store"" in lobby with soda, beer, snacks, and even some modest micro-wave dishes. (Rooms have fridges and microwaves.) A good, family-oriented sports-theme restaurant is next door. Airport is five minutes away. (Hilton has 24-hour shuttle.) Six Flags and state fairgrounds are long but doable hikes. Nothing else nearby.

Clean; new; close to airport; very good value for the money. Nothing. The hotel looked like it had been recently built. The facilities were up-to-date and clean. The staff was friendly and efficient. It was located close to the airport (easy access). I thought it was a very good value for the money and I would definitely stay there again. My teenage son is very particular and he even told me how much he liked the hotel (he's hard to impress).

The hotel was beautiful, clean. There is nothing. I thought this was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. I would recommend it to any of my friends and family looking for a place to stay.

Wonderful stay for the US Nationals. Hotel and staff are great! Get the breakfast buffet, you can't go wrong. Eat lunch or dinner at the Hall of Fame, just outside the front door..it is awesome!

This hotel is in a great location -- seemed like it was close to everywhere we wanted to visit, but the pool was cold (and not terribly clean) and the hot tub was way too hot (and of questionable cleanliness also). No fan in the bathroom and wimpy pillows, but the room was clean and decorated nicely. Staff very friendly. We liked the restaurant downstairs!! We'd stay here again if we ever came to Louisville.

"We have stayed for the NSRA show for two years and had excellent service. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, very adequate parking and a very friendly, helpful staff. I just wish special events didn't cause their room rates to double."
