completely average, close to airport, parking was easy, front desk person was on the phone the whole time that I checked in, never said hello to me. I just gave her my credit card and she checked me in without actually talking to me. But gave me free toothpaste the next morning and were friendly at checkout. Room was clean but a little damp-smelling.

I loved the location and easy way to get onto the freeways from there. Our room was very far from the elevator. This hotel has a fantastic breakfast with many options and healthy items. The service was great and child-approved! The swimming pool was kept very warm and it was a very tasteful atmosphere in the pool area.

First class all the way. We expect to be back during her three years many times and will stay here. Five minutes from the terminal to the Hotel by shuttle. Great service, food, facilities at reasonable prices.

The hotel and staff exceeded my expectations. Pantry / Gift shop was well stocked for a late night snack. Bed was comfortable. Shuttle service to the airport was outstanding!!! Definitely will stay here again!

Nothing. Areas near elevators reeked of cigarettes. Not that great of a hotel. Would not recommend to anyone but business travelers who happen to smoke. Location is decent.

This was my second stay at this hotel and once again they exceeded my expectations.The front desk was friendly and professional .The housekeeping staff went out of their way to satisfy my every need.My overall hotel experience more than met my standards.

We stayed in the beginning because it was close to the airport and we could park our vehicle there until we returned; but after we got there found it to be such a beautiful place and every accomodation we could imagine was there in the room.

Very comfortable, clean and convenient when flying from the Columbus Airport. Overall we like the hotel. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and it was very convenient when flying out of the Columbus Airport.Hotel is nice.

the hilton was great. the hotel is very close to the airport. the shuttle is available 24 hours. i was very impressed. the beds were very comfortable and the hotel was spotless. i would highly recommend this hotel.

Flying into Columbus at 11:30 at night, I knew I did not want to sprint to a rental counter and then drive on unfamiliar streets to a hotel. The Hilton Garden Inn Columbus Airport ended up being a perfect place to stay for a business trip. The shuttle was waiting for me when I landed, check in was fast and easy, and I was in bed by midnight! The hotel staff were very helpful, and, the next morning, I was able to get a cab, a hot breakfast in the hotel cafe, and directions to my conference. One of the staff even ran out to give me back my winter hat which I had dropped in the lobby. If I were taking in the Columbus sights, I would probably stay downtown, but, for an overnight trip, this hotel was perfect!

Able to have early check in, was very accommodating to our needs. Third floor smelled bad! Enjoyed the overall experience, would have been nice to have had a few extra pillows stored in a closet, for convenience and comfort.

As you review this hotel on the website you can see it has a water park but it is also listed as having a pool. One would think that the pool usage would be free to hotel guests and separate from the waterpark. There is a 25 admission to the water park and that is the only place there is a pool. If I as a business traveler who happened to bring my family on this trip just wanted to take a quick swim after a long day i would have to pay 25 to use the pool. This is simply not represented in any way on the site.Also there is a 10-15 minute wait for the elevators.

we had family stay at the concourse, which was 2 doors down from our hotel. at one point we tried to switch, but was very glad we didn't. I loved the room especially since we were allowed to smoke. staff was very friendly and the hotel very clean and comfortable. We will absolutely stay there the next time we are in Columbus.

Hilton Garden Inn, Columbus Airport was comfortable. Room was bright and cheery....bed and pillows comfortable. Complimentary toiletries were higher end brand name....microwave and fridge in room a plus along with real cream for morning coffee. Lobby common area comfortable and inviting.
