So close to the airport, yet in a surprisingly pretty woodsy setting. Super comfortable bed, easy chair and desk setup. Coffee was hot and good, even at 4:30 AM when we got the quick and easy shuttle.

Very clean, comfortable and convenient. Whirlpool was broken but not hotels fault. Kids broke it the night before.

The Internet was free, and there were 2 queen size beds in my room, it was a nice stay in the Hilton Garden Inn. It was a good deal! If I will go to Albany again, I will definitely stay at there!

We stayed here and had several problems. When we arrived we were informed that the pool was closed and when we asked when it was going to be opened the desk clerk said the next day. This cycle went on the entire trip......until Sunday night when they finally opened the pool. On the 2nd day the guy at the front desk basically told us to go stay at another hotel if it was a problem...... The internet did not work the 2nd day and they claimed it was just us, we talked to three other guests and all of them had internet problems as well. I actually overheard the front desk clerks discussing the internet problems the hotel was having, this was after I spent 1 hour on the phone with support. Why could they have not just been honest and saved me that hour of wasted time...........? BTW, support basically blamed my laptop. My husband travels all the time and he swears by Hilton, he could not believe all the issues we had. I guess it makes a difference when you are a Diamond customer versus a regular customer of Hilton. We ended up moving to the Hampton Inn and Suites in Saratoga Springs and I highly recommend that hotel

Front desk staff was very good. Room service staff was deplorable - rude, poor quality, slow - a 20 minute room service order took almost two hours and then arrived missing items. Overall, it was a decent hotel at a very good price.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton. Room was comfortable, clean and the staff very helpful. Great breakfast and dinner as well. Will stay here again if in the area.

This was my first time at the Hilton Garden Inn in Albany, NY. I was first pleased with the quick and easy shuttle service from the airport. I was greeted with a smile at a counter with a plate of freshly backed cookies. They were still warm and quite tasty. I asked about an address in the area and she informed me that the shuttle could take me any place within 5 miles of the hotel. That was great news. I was surprised that the steak sandwich from the restaurant was so tender and juicy and thrilled that fresh coffee, a choice of teas, and hot chocolate were always available in the lobby. The night manager drove me to the airport in the shuttle when I left on Sunday morning. He asked lots of questions about my satisfaction with the stay and I could tell he sincerely cared. It was a very pleasant stay. When I go back to Albany, I plan to stay there again.

First the Hotel put us up in a smoking room. My room key was cut off without me realizing it. The key never worked well anyway. I got the days mixed up and they said if you want to stay one more day you must pay the rack rate. They would not allow me to collect my possessions unless I paid $100 to get them.

This hotel is great for business travelers and those passing through. The beds need to be updated (getting soft). Overall clean and friendly hotel. Food is overpriced and so many different places to go on Wolf Rd. Bar with beer and wine convenient.

The Hilton Garden Inn was very comfortable. Shuttle service is provided to & from the nearby airport. Check-in was fast & courteous. The room was clean and spacious. It included a microwave, mini-frig, coffee all conveniently located in a hutch. There was a desk and internet service. Although the hotel's restaurant was very good, there are numerous restaurants and also shopping within a couple miles.

Breakfast. Customer service and location. The front desk agent was nice but didn't seem like he knew what he was doing. The room's trash in bathroom hadn't been changed. The key cards didn't work twice, and I kept them away from cell phone & credit cards. I was also displeased with the pool and hot tub. There were always a great deal of people and ab noxious kids. Further, there was a womens team staying at the hotel that were loud and disruptive. Location was horrible since I was not using the airport.

Excellent Hilton property but the best thing of all is the friendly, helpful staff. Convenient location to airport, Albany and easy trip to Saratoga without their high and crowds. Even the food is good.

I was very satisfied with staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Albany Airport, ALBANY, NY. This hotel has a comfortable atmosphere. The rooms were clean and larger than most. The food was delicious and use of the internet and copy machine helped tremendously. I would stay here again and recommend this hotel to friends.

Convienent location. Near highway. Has restaurant . Was given a king and a pull-out. Solid, basic hotel with no surprises.
