I stayed here expecting the quality that the Hilton name cairies. I was very dissappointed to see that the rooms were very basic and no different to the budget hotels - except the price. The bathroom was small with mould on the walls around the bath, the shower was a power shower that blew all the curtains out of the shower and on to the floor. The room was like a sauna and if you opened the window you had the noise of the streets, if you put the air conditioning on it was as loud as someone revving a car in the room all night. The corridors areas were all very similar and dirty. Not a pleasant stay and comfort was not on the cards. As the bar you had to wait 10 minutes for someone to appear to serve you a drink which again was not expected.

Pool is small but warm, steam room is very small, sauna ok. A good hotel but nothing special, probably a bit overpriced at their usual rates.

We spent 4 nights here. The rooms were fine but hot. When I put the air on, the unit blew out hot air so I called reception several times. I gave up after the third day and left the window open . We ate at the restaurant where there was a huge menu but we had only 4 entrees to choose from all of which were expensive, for 3 people with drinks it was **. The service was terrible. The waitress was rude , abrasive and inattentive . The hotel itself is in a good location for the train station, buses and stores . The rooms were comfortable although one day housekeeping didn't come.

The hotel is in an excellent position right by Leeds city station, however, it does not come up to the usual Hilton standards. Beds are of poor quality, internet is poor quality and costs extra, bathrooms are small, air conditioning is old and does not work well. All in all this is a medioce hotel in need of refurbishment and not worth a premium over Travelodge or Premier Inns which are near.

I would have expected a higher quality room at a rate of over £100 a night. It was just a bit small for that kind of money and didn't really say "Hilton" to me.
