Nice and relaxing.Walk right out of Casino for a long stroll along the Boardwalk.

I booked 2 rooms for our family and requested the 2 room to be adjoined when I made the reservation at Orbitz. When I checked in, I was told that I only booked one room. The confirmation letter page I printed doesn't show how many rooms were booked. Fortunately, I kept the email from orbitz on my blackberry, so I can show the staff that I booked 2 rooms. After about 15 minutes, they got 2 rooms for me, but they are not adjoined, which makes it very inconvenient for our family. The rooms are nice and clean. Nothing else to complain. However, I need to think twice to book rooms at orbitz or this hotel.

It took a very long time to check in as they had only 2 people on the desk. Staff was not very friendly. Hotel is clean but looks old. Casino is lame, during the week they have very little traffic in the casino so they have few tables open.

At the Hilton they had very poor customer service, that is unless your very wealthy. I was diappointed....extreamly! I was expecting to get at least appreciation for using their hotel for my birthday get-a-way and what i got was staff that was unwillimg to accomidate to their customers.....Then on top of it they blamed Cheap Tickets!.....Next Time I'll stick to the Tropicana!

Great hotel.... little far away from the prime locations on the boardwalk, but still a fantastic location right on the shore with a beautiful view out on the ocean. Clean and modern rooms with good service. Better selection of restaurants would have been nice.

Long lines at check-in appear to be a chronic problem at the hotel. That gave me the impression, at the start, that the hotel had little concern for its' guests comfort nor respect for their time. There were also long lines for the restaurants...however AC has lots of other excellent restaurants, so we chose to dine elsewhere. Otherwise, we had a very pleasant stay.

the atlantic city hilton is a clean well appointed , comfortable hotel. two issues we were faced with however were quite annoying. due to a lack of staff at ckeck in, the process took approximately one hour of standing in a line which moved at a snail's pace. this was extremely frustrating as it appeared to be a staff scheduling problem which is easily rectified. the second issue was that there was not a reasonably priced restaurant where one could grab a sandwich or something similar for a quick, casual meal that was open at convenient hours. other than that, all else was very satisfacory.

The A.C. Hilton hotel is a terrific place to stay with one exception. Hotel supervision or upper management on the floor does not exist. Plan to wait 45 minutes to check in and 15 minutes to check out. The front desk has no supervision and you must return one or more times after you check it to get your room key after 3:00. Our second room was available at 4:30. What the hotel buts the elderly and folks with handicaps through is pitiful.

This hotel had a beautiful indoor pool. You had to reach it through the spa entrance. There was no direct access to the beach from the pool area. The beach was also beautiful and very easy to walk across the boardwalk and out on the walkway to the sand and water.

Valet parking and baggage handling was smooth and fast. Hotel was fine, room overlooked ocean, normal 45 degree exposure. While on the boardwalk you have to travel over 2 miles to get to the other hotels. Check out was very fast and no problems.

my stay at the hilton in atlantic city was great except for the rude staff. the room was great for the price and its in an excellent location directly on the boardwalk.

Great location, and the rooms are nice, clean and the bathroom is a good size, with two sinks. The one little bad thing is that the pool closes at 8:00 pm, which is two early I think. I think they do this so that guests would go down to the casino and gamble.

When we arrived the desk clerk treated us somewhat rudely. The room was to be a non-smoking room but the smell of old cigarettes was everywhere. One of the bed had stains and dirt on the bedspread. There were stains on the curtains too. The only positive things I can say is that the room service was excellent and the room itself was quiet. Unfortunately, I will not be staying at any Hilton in the future.

After hearing about the nightmare of checking in I was in shock when it only took 30 minutes. The young man at the desk was great. The casino staff was just great I played mostly craps and found the dealers and pit bosses wanted you to have fun and once even lowered the table limit to entice me to play, The table limits were a little high, so I avoided Black Jack and the other table games. The poker room was friendly, loved the tournaments,as well as the cash games. The slots did not pay off all that great but they were ok could use a few newer ones. This was an elegant casino with a cliental that was older, VERY ENJOYABLE. The only BAD thing about the casino was the lack of restaurants on week days, but this was the story at all the casinos, Very limited. Overall I would visit the Hilton again.
