The hotel was satisfactory and decently located-- near the Gare du Nord and not too far from most sights. Staff was friendly and the room was satisfactory if not a little small. The hotel website's only directions for getting there from the airport said "Take a cab." Why not include directions via public transportation?

Very clean and modern. Great Location. Very small room. Very clean, modern and comfortable. Wish the room's balcony were accessible (it was locked). Great location. Staff could have been much more concerned/helpful when my wallet was stolen.

Excellent location. Spotlessly clean. Very helpful staff. Have stayed in most hotels in Brussels and would highly recommend.Only downside - the bar prices were a bit on the steep side.

HOtel is centrally located. Just had an overnight stay. Asked for a wake up call for the next morning and they forgot. Had alot of luggage. Would not call for a taxi to the train station for us. Instead told us to walk to the tax que which was about a block away. Security is good. A key is given to you that controls the lights and lets you into the sauna and extra places througout the hotel. Hotel does not offer free internet access. It is very expensive. I thought for the price of the room there should have been more service and a few complimentaries things given. Beds were very comfortable. Room was a good size. Air conditioning worked very well. Bathroom was good. Has both a shower and tub.

What you can expect from a soulless business hotel. Evertyhing works, but lacks all character.

This hotel just have been renovated, so it looks very clean, comfortable and contemporary inside, but the building itself is old. The location is extremely convenient - 5-6 min. to the old town and 3 min. to Le Gare Nord it you plan to use a local train to get to and back from airport (just 12 min. ride for 2.8 euros!) and to visit other Belgian cities. All employees speak Egnlish very well and are very friendly. They are always to help with train schedules, advices when and what to see in the city and very quick satisfiying your requests with any repair if needed.The in house restaurant is a overpriced (my opinion) but there are so many restaurants and brasseries around open from early morning to the late night that you will be able to find any types of food you would like to taste. Again, the rooms are large enought, beds are soft and comfortable, and the location is the most convenient!

Good location, friendly staff, easy. Tab in the shower so complicated that it was impossible to take a shower. No directions in the room. Because of the shower experience I started my day in a bad mood.

Close to major attractions in Brugge. Very small bathroom facilities. I mean small. Hotel Notre Dame is a clean facility located in the center of Brugge near all the major attractions. The staff is friendly and helpful. The public spaces are very nice, but the rooms are threadbare. Bath and toilet facilities extremely odd.

The people are friendly and central. The rooms are so small and the cost for internet is 12 Euro $ an hour, no business center, and our room was noisyas right over the train passing. The hotel and staff are wonderful and its right down town, but watch out for a room over the trains passing every 15 mins.

Location was great - room was very nice and clean. No coffee maker in room. It was a very comfortable room and nice hotel. The location was excellent easy to walk to all the main attractions in Brussels. The room and hotel was very clean. The staff was all helpful and friendly. We would stay in this hotel again.
