What are your breakfast options?

Breakfast costs $38 per person and is served in Victoria’s Room.

- 6:30am to 10:30am (Monday-Friday)
- 7:00am to 10:30am (Saturday–Sunday and public holidays).

Please Note: Atrium Restaurant will be closed for refurbishment from 20th May to 5th September, 2011. Breakfast will be served in the Victoria's room and a full lunch and dinner offering will be available in "Below7 lounge."

Where can we dine?

We have a restaurant "Atrium Restaurant" and a bar which serves light meals, snacks, cocktails, wine, etc. Being located in the centre of the city we are close to several restaurants all within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

Have you renovated recently?

Last renovation was 2009 which was a $6 million AUD spend and we did 75 of our Executive Rooms and 5 Suites. We are currently under refurbishment and are spending $13 million AUD upgrading all bathrooms in accommodation rooms, restaurant, concierge, business centre, guest elevators and the creation of additional meeting space. This will be complete by September 2011.

What traveller type is most suited?

This hotel is suited to all travelers, corporate, couples, families, singles, etc. We cater to all markets and being located in the centre of the city we are close to a lot of business and leisure facilities.

What transport is available to get around?

To get from the airport guests can either take a train direct into the city and walk 5 minutes to the hotel or they can catch a taxi. To get around the city itself you can either take a bus, ferry or train depending on where you would like to go. The public transport system is quite good in Brisbane.

What can I do nearby?

We have a restaurant (currently closed for refurbishment - will open September 2011), a bar and we are located on Queen Street Mall which houses international shopping, entertainment, restaurants and nightlife - all within walking distance of the hotel.

As a family, what are the best things to do?

There is the Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary where you can either catch a bus straight there or take the ferry up the river. There is also the Queen St Mall right outside the hotel - shopping, etc., you can walk over to South Bank parklands which has the Gallery of Modern Art (which has a dedicated children's art program), Queensland Museum and at the parklands there are lots of parks where families can simply have a picnic and play around. This is all within 15 minutes' walk of the hotel.

Do you have internet?

Yes, wired and wireless are available at $29 AUD per day.

Do you provide parking?

Parking is available at $46.00 AUD per day; This is self and valet parking. It is secure parking.

What makes your hotel the best?

The hotel is located on the Queen Street Mall which is the home of shopping and entertainment. We are the most centrally located hotel close to everything, restaurants, nightlife, South Bank parklands and the arts precinct. Our rooms are the most up to date product in the market as well as from September we will have a new restaurant and further upgraded facilities.
