Room and services was great, but one side of the hotel had all the air conditioning units from the other buildings running day and night. impossible to be out and enjoing the view or have the door open to enjoy the ocean breeze. The noise level was way too high.

Waste of money. Had to deal with the sound of hvac units on balcony. Not returning for future.

Stayed with 12 year old kids. Room was okay; nothing exciting. Have to ask for towels in room to match guests; and shampoo/ conditioner/ soap must be valuable because they never replenish each day. Charge $5.99 a day for parking; charge $8 a chair per day for the beach; charge $10 each time to use the internet. Limited kids activities; no games or event on beach as promised. Pool is basic, no slides and limited seating. Menu in the one restaurant is limited to about 6 dishes. Staff was friendly; especially in the restaurant. Pool staff need to work on a smile once in a while. Didn't feel like a "Hilton" - much lower in standards than we expected.

Hotel is in the perfect location..... Outside pools and sand bars were wonderful. Some of the outside staff need to work on their "southern hospitality"...... Rooms were way below expectations. Two days were out of toilet paper...asked housekeeping for some ...said they were out..handed me a box of Kleenex...... according to same housecleaning lady...also out of clean towels..handed me a bunch of wash clothes. Air was set on 60 the entire 6 day stay...... was at least 75 and muggy in the room the entire stay.....

Was given wrong information by Orbitz. Requested smoking room to find the hotel is completely non smoking this was VERY dissappointing as I would have chosen another hotel. Orbitz said rooms had MP3 accessibility and they did not. The hotel was nice clean, great location but lots of additional charges and expensive. $27.00 per day for an umbrella on the beach. Drinks were very pricey. Was charged by Orbitz for the forth night and it was supposed to be free. Spent roughly 2-3 hours of my vacation trying to get it taken off my credit card. Not good!

The pool area was great. I liked staying on the beach. Room was too small.

This Hilton Hotel FAILS to live up to the Hilton standard of performance. Management needs to re-train and examine leadership running the property. Safety and Security extremely poor, very little attention given to guest issues. I Checked in at 10:35 PM only to discover this "full service" four star hotel closes room service at 11:00 PM. On check in I discovered my room entry door and balcony door unlocked and propped open. Management and Security could not be bothered to come check the room and since they were "fully booked" no other room was available. Today the television system throughout the hotel failed and 8 hours later they still have not fixed it. It had been failing throughout the dasy but no one called the Lodgenet Vendor until it completely failed. Only half the room amenities were replaced today and took 30 minutes after a call to housekeping to get a tube of shampoo. I 'm a Hilton HHonors program member Diamond level and if they treat frequent stay guests like this it's a wonder they stay in business at all. I sure won't stay at this property again and recommend others take a second look elsewhere. Restaurant menu VERY limited.

First time ever in ClearWater, Florida. Hotel was very clean, rooms and all amenities. Pools were sparkling, clean beach towels daily. We stayed 5 nights here and wished I had stayed longer. Very friendly staff, very helpful. Location was key, right on the beach. Really no need for a rental car here as there are so many Restaurants and marina so close by. Probably cheaper to take a taxi to Hotel. Walked almost everywhere. Pier right next to beach had lots going on nightly. Did not eat in restaurants at Hotel, did exploring outside of hotel. I would stay here again. It was a very nice, clean Hotel.

Checked into hotel and was greeted by a smiling face, every employee was very professional and courteous. Room was very clean the must of just renovated room looked very updated. Hotel location was great right in the middle of walking distance to all. Hotel is located right on beach which was great... kids loved playing on the beach and the pool...The best part was watching the sunset with the family.

This is the best hotel on Clearwater Beach! The location is fantastic - much better than on Sand Key. We stayed at the Sheraton Sand Key on previous trips, but will now stay at the Hilton!

It was very comfortable and right on the beach. Beautiful scenery! There was poor water pressure in bathroom. Also, one of the chairs on our balcony was broken. We loved the location, the beach, the comfortable beds and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We expected however to have a free continental breakfast for the cost of the room/stay. It was too expensive so we ate at a cafe directly across the street each morning.

The trip was a hit. We were pleasantly surprised with the location of the hotel. The beach is at your door step. The cleanest, whitest sand that I have seen, cleaner and whiter than Jamaica, Turks and Caicos Islands and the Bahamas. Room was clean and pleasant. We were surprised that the hotel did not have queen beds in the rooms just doubles if you wanted just two beds without a suite. BIG surprise-----you had to PAY $ 10 each day for using the internet and had to pay $5 each day to park. So really the daily rate to stay at the hotel was $15 more each day. THATS REALLY A RIP OFF. I checked several other locations on the beach and NONE of the others we checked charged for the internet and parking. So the cost of the trip was nearl $ more of unexpected costs. Tiki bar was fun. The two pools were enjoyed by our kids. Many activities 100yds away at the pier.

The beach location is beautiful. The rooms are decent but somewhat small (I usually opt for a suite when available). Not bad for what you spend and there's plenty of white sand. "Beachcomber's" is a decent upscale restaurant with a very good wine list. There's really no need for valet parking as there are ample spaces available. The best Bloody Mary I've ever had is right across the street but I forgot the name of it - they used no prebottled mixers and the horseradish had to be very fresh. I'd stay here again if for no other reason than the beach. There ARE renovations going on but didn't get in the way too much. The pool was about average but nice. They will bring food and drink to you whether poolside or oceanside for a fee. There are many cheap, direct flights to Tampa - about 15 miles away. It's about the same to rent a car as to take a taxi if you're only staying a few days.

Right on the Beach. Charge for everything. Hotel was nice. Only neg was they charge for internet access, beach chairs, parking. You would think at least the internet access and parking would be free for the money your spending. But hotel was right on the beach, close to the marina to rent jet skis and the pier to see the night entertainment.

We went for a family vacation - first time my daughter was to experience the ocean! We had a blast! The hotel was really nice, updated. I think all rooms have balconies! It was very much within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and fun things to do. The staff was friendly, which is really important to me. It has 2 pools, which are nice size and a jucuzzi. They supply beach towels for your stay. There were a lot of families there. The beach was nice. I can't think of any negatives! I would reccommend it and we would stay there again!
