I was so surprise when I took a shuttle bus walking into a service deck. It is so great and nice place at the first image of Hilton since there was so relaxing and sometime having a bird flow above your head..=] The service was excellent and the room was so comfortable (I got a sea view room) although the furniture was a little bid old, but I though it was minor. And, I loved it near a karon beach, it was so pretty of sunset seeing in my room and karon beach. It is my strong recommendation!!!

That was a honeymoon visit. Thanks again to hotel management for the free SPA coupons. Very nice, greeny including all kind of delicious traditional meals at breakfast,located in a heaven view.

Good environmentand very friendly staff. The room is not asI expected it to be by looking at the star rate. Overall we quite enjoy our stay in Hilton. Its just the room a bit old and I think they need some renovation to be done.

Very nice service, staff are very friendly, everybody will greet you as you passby. Staff are honest as I left my safebox open and went out and I believe the housekeeper helped me to set new password, all my valuable were there. 3 Pools are great! each with different sports theme. Breakfast are excellent, like a brunch buffet!

Swimming pool and spacious room. The furniture was old, too far from city. When we first walked into the room, we were like. Wow! The room was pretty big- about 700sq feet (we got sea view guest room with king bed). Room was clean but the thing was furniture such as TV, sofa, table etc. Looks so old. Swimming pool and one has slide ride with water fall, it was pretty fun to hang out there.

The hotel staff were courteous and helpful across the board, with outstanding front desk staff. My only slight complaint was that rooms are a bit worn and tired looking for a five star hotel. Having said this, my room was spotless clean, with the luxurious linens one would expect at a better hotel. The hotel location, on Karon Beach, is perfect for people wanting relief from the noise and congestion of Patong Beach, but a bit remote for shopping, night life, etc.
