The location of the hotel was closer to business district, so we had a bit of a walk to Champs Elysees and the weather was not good. Breakfast buffet that was included was excellent.

Restaurant was very good Location was not convenient to sight seeing tour bus route; seemed like a residential area

So close to the great sites of Paris. I and my wife walked to many of them. There is a Metro station nearby and there were many fine bistros everywhere. If we needed anything it was all within a short walk. Taxis were accessible any time of the day either waiting or quickly called by the bellmen. The staff was very knowledgeable about any travel information and could speak many languages. All were friendly. The room had that feel of a place that was very welcoming. The amenities were elegant and tastefully done. The bathroom was wonderful with its fine fixtures and large tub. The bed was very comfortable which was primary for my wife. She was pregnant at the time of our stay. To say it was clean would not be enough. The balancing of textures and colors, its fit and finish, its amenities and comfort give it such great appeal that while it wasn't the largest room I've ever stayed it was the best.

The amount you pay for the room is way too much for what you get, a room with a bed and bathroom. If you want to use the spa which is seen on the description that is an extra 25euros per person per day. Morning coffee is extra. The hotel is advertized steps away from the Champs Elyesse NOT about an eight to ten minute walk which is at least a quarter mile. The bed was very hard we requested two additional comforters for padding. The hotel workers were great as was the room service. The hotel did not meet the standards I was expecting everything is extra.

The hotel was very good. It is in an upscale neighborhood. There are not a lot of small restaurants in the area. It is a short walk to the metro. It is decorated in the art deco style.

Very clean hotel with an absolutely wonderful staff. They were all so friendly and helpful and all spoke perfect English! This was our first visit to Europe so we were quite surprised at how expensive everything was in Paris, but the quality of this hotel made it well worth it. Being only a few blocks from the metro station, we were able to go to all the famous tourist attractions without any problem. Both restaurants were great, the orange juice at breakfast is freshly squeezed and the best that I have ever had! We would definitely stay here again!

The art-deco interiors of the hotel are beautifully done, not only in the pubic spaces but in the plush guest rooms as well. The metro station near the hotel wasn't the most convenient one for me. The Hilton Paris Arc De Triumphed is surprisingly good. Though the exterior isn't particularly impressive, all of the interiors are beautifully done in art-deco. The lobby is perfectly executed. The guest rooms look great too, but they're also very comfortable and relaxing, mine done in soft pastel tones of cream and violet. Even better, the service is as efficient as one would expect from a large hotel chain. Check-in is quick and friendly. Room service quality is excellent, well presented and at a perfectly fair price. On the downside, though the nearest metro station isn't far, it's not on the most useful line, and it's a ten to fifteen-minute walk to L'etoile. However, the location is quiet, but not far from shops and restaurants. It's also not hard to catch taxis at or near the hotel. Finally, the very pleasant Park Monceau is close and a good consolation for the minor inconvenience. In all, this is a beautiful hotel probably better for a vacation than a business trip, but wonderful none the less.

staff was very accomodating and friendly; room was clean and nicely decorated. room size was nice for Paris standards. In the business area so it was quiet at night but could walk to metro and Arc de Triomphe and champs de elysee.

Convenience. We were accustomed to breakfast in other hotels and there was none. Nice --predictable--efficient----4 star+--- good location.

I liked their gym and their beds. Price of internet use. Wonderful distance to all the sites of interest. Very helpful with their guests.

The staff was VERY friendly and the whole hotel was clean and bright. Not in the best location to see all of Paris by foot. I love this hotel and will most definitely return. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was worried about not knowing more French, but they politely helped me in English. The hotel was very clean and quiet. The standard room was large, clean and comfortable. The bed was fantastic. The only downside, and this is minor, is that the hotel is not located in "the middle" of things for Paris. I like to walk, but it was an extra 30 minutes of walking to any of the major Paris attractions. Not a big deal, but something to be aware of. There is a Metro station close by, so if you aren't walking then this isn't even an issue to worry about. Great hotel!

For the most part, the staff was friendly. View of Eiffel tower! I asked for the thermostat to be lowered; the room was HOT, 24/7. The location was not bad, however finding a taxi that knew where it was difficult, and I speak the language. The room was comfortable and had a view across to the Eiffel Tower. However, the room was an oven, even after I requested maintenance and an engineer came by. They never offered to move me, or arrange for a fan. I found that disappointing.

Comfortable beds and bedding, Internet connection, lots of light, large bath. Some staff was surly, prices in restaurant bar and room service were outrageous. Very nice hotel. Some fine services such as small nightly gifts in your room, large plush towels and robes and very comfortable beds and bedding. High speed internet connection, and the hotel's central location are a plus. The rooms are spacious and well lit. On the down side: Some of the desk staff are not quite up to speed. A few are downright rude, and I speak fluent, unaccented French, so who knows how you will fare. If being asked to pay $20 for a bowl of nicely adequate soup is your thing, then by all means patronize the hotel's restaurant, bar and room service. If you do not truly enjoy being grossly overcharged, then there are plenty of very fine restaurants nearby for less. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, and I would recommend this hotel for business travel.
