What are your breakfast options?: Breakfast is included in the price quoted and we serve between 8:00am and 10:00am daily.
What transport is available to get around?: Our nearest airport is Blackpool approximately 1 hours drive or Manchester 1 and a half hours drive. A direct train service also operates between Manchester Airport and Windermere.

Kendal is the nearest town approximately 8 miles from Windermere, a market is held on a Wednesday and Saturday. We are in a countryside location approximately half a mile from Lake Windeemere.
What can I do nearby?: We are in South Lakeland and have lovely walks from the hotel. The lake at Bowness Bay is only a 20 minute walk away where you can take a boat trip on Lake Windermere. The Beatrix Potter attraction is a 10 minute walk away.
Do you have internet?: We have free internet available in some of the bedrooms (please mention when booking and we can try and accommodate you in 1 of these rooms) and in all areas downstairs including the bar, lounge and conservatory.
Do you provide parking?: We have our own free car park at the hotel for all our guests.
