We stayed here because of the close proximity relative to our plans while we were in town. The room appeared clean but, food crumbs and other dirt under the bed was disgusting. There was a party in the room next to us and, after 1 a.m. we wanted to call the front desk to ask them to place a courtesy call to the guest making all the noise - only our phone was out of order, so we had to walk to the lobby. They did place a call which quieted the room down for a little while - this was rude guests, not really the fault of the hotel. Overall, I would consider staying here again, but wish the walls were thicker - you can hear every conversation in occupied rooms next to yours.

Pleasant stay, friendly staff, nicely decorated and comfortable. Better than the other 2 hotels, we decided to try the Hillside and were very pleased.

The stay was great! The rooms have been completely redone. We live local and were recommended to the Fallbrook Lodge, which is now the Hillside Inn. We'll be sending our family here the next Christmas!
